I've had good success with those 'ACT humanoid' ones for flyers, too, their post holes fit the semi-standard ones on Transformers and a wide range of Moderoid kits. Though I do admit I find the life advice written on the box to be patronizing. I'll act any way I feel like, thank you very much...

I'm hoping for Comic Con I will get to see what that Unicron Soldier might actually be, and also that Swindle will pop up for order. Beyond that, no actual plans unless they totally surprise me and put up Monstructor orders.

Sort of dumb question, but the teased 'Unicron Soldier" leader seems logically to be a Leige Maximo recolor/retool just due to the way the horns are, but supposedly each Prime isn't getting a remold? I wasn't sure if that was true or just fan-rumor, as I am not in the best shape budget wise and...

I saw it, and honestly, I really liked it. Very true to the original!

This will probably sound stupid but when I saw Nexus part of the reason I was annoyed later was at first I just saw the pictures and somehow missed the caption. I briefly thought they were of modern Raindance and Slamdance and I clicked through several looking to see how the Grandslam component...

In honor of the Muppet Show Reboot tonight, some reruns today... You do realize since Star Wars and the Muppets are both sub-brands of Disney now, 2/3 of this concept is actually possible AND legal.

Man, she twisted a giant screw right THROUGH his heart...no wonder he looks so annoyed...

Odd thought, I wonder if Maximo will result in a run on those grey Starscream thrones BBTS got in, I know in the G2 comics it was purple, what little you could see, but I could see people wanting a spare for him and Starscream both, or at least a 'not the same' alternative. Edit: This thing...

Ok, that actually surprises me...I'd expect Playmates to have been the go-to for this one. They just DID a big Voltron almost the size of Titan Devestator, complete with electronics and everything.

I think it was a combination of engineering (not holding together right at the waist despite it occurring during the era of really solid well established engineering for just that sort of combination), the total incompatibility WITH those other combiners, and some really bizarre choices like...

Don't give them ideas on MegaDinobot compatibility...remember, they DID reissue the 'top part' Grimlock without the Swoop once, so it's not beyond possibility... "Instruments of Destruction... Whose parts don't fit no way... Except to MegaDinobot, I block that memory..." -Battlechargers seen...

Since we don't know exactly how Onslaught combines, it may BE Silverbolt who has to supply the pants. If I was guessing I'd say Bruticus's front and back both hinge up to clamshell around Onslaught, so it may not fit his torso connection. Today's stream apparently mentioned limbs for Nexus...

But the real Swindle was the one we expected along the way...and didn't get.

Weird, the preorders today feature the new stuff revealed, but NOT the older stuff like Swindle.

This isn't actually meant as a joke, what do they call the Star Wars lines in Canada? Clonies? Star Conflict? Just Yoda muttering "Dark Side..." for about twenty minutes before a nurse brings him his meds?

-From the makers of Colon Blow and Branamaniacs, BEASTIES! "Mommy, my stomach hurts..." "I'm afraid you don't have one anymore, honey." -Now with marshmallows! "The War Within started in the most innocent way. But while it all came out in the end, in that ending, we all lost..."

I hope tomorrow's releases will include Swindle and I get a PO in. If I can, I will have the last two parts of the Bruticus I seriously doubted I'd complete on order. Since I've spent $3,500 on med mess this year to date it may be the LAST thing I order, too, though I hope to tack on a...

So I mentioned how I'd like some Monster Pretender shells for the Montructor set coming. They give me an Evil Alien Robot face mask, probably made of the stuff that starts to dissolve plastic. Especially if it's painted, like most faces are. I have moved from wishing on the monkey's paw to...

It literally only just clicked in my head that the Nexus Prime combined mode is, in mold selection, a FunPub reference. I am a bad fan.

Not necessarily, they seem to have left out the T-bar in their Omega Prime kit. And on a admittedly less likely note I never got Dinoking shells either. But my point is the obvious sometimes isn't included in their offerings.
