So, I'll be switching from Windows to Linux in the next week or two. I am completely new to changing OS; any tips or pitfalls I should beware of? I have already backed up my data, so I got that one. :)

I found this while doing some cleaning and can't figure who it goes with. All I know is fairly recent, i.e. last year or two. Any ideas?
