That might be the only way I'm interested.
-ZacWilliam, unless he's packed with the eternally absent Earthrise mold Buzzsaw then I'll be interested but annoyed.
I considered pre-ordering from Target, but Target preorders are the worst. They ping your card for the full amount of the preorder every month till it ships, and for me at least it's a charge that takes a couple days to fall off.
I don't need to explain a $77 charge to my wife every month till...
I NEVER thought we'd get a Manny Galen G2 Cybertronian Empire trooper let alone the potential for two different ones.
That's amazing.
I also want at least one Autorooper.
-ZacWilliam, I do not want to want at
least 2 of a probably hard to find $100 ish
box set but damn I kinda do.
It's a leaked G2 Dead End.
It hasn't been officially announced yet.
Guess is that it's a Walmart exclusive as part of the Toxitron subline.
-ZacWilliam, being a Walmart exclusive good luck.
Peeked in Walmart today to see if they had anything exciting. Only thing new was Warrior Earthrise Jawbreaker, with the Spoiler of a not yet in the show alt-mode. so I grabbed him.
Verdict. His design is really good. His engineering is pretty good. His material is pretty darn thin and fragile...
In case anybody else was still looking Hound and Thundercracker are back in stock on Hasbro Pulse.
I would rather have not had to pay shipping on hound but hey, at this point I don't feel like I'm ever likely to see one at Walmart.
-ZacWilliam, Hound was a toy I had as a kid but he came with...
1) There is no firm date for Beast Wars, but yes it is definitely a separate universe from Rise of the Beasts that goes without saying.
2) Not necessarily. In US continuity BE future is 300 years after the "end of the Great War" which doesn't necessarily have any connection to Victory. In...
I don't mind painted windows but they feel just a little two bright to me.
I'm hoping for some impressive blast and/or smoke effects because as is the prattle damage is underwhelming.
-ZacWilliam, either do him clean or go more impressive on the battle damage.
I'll be honest, I'm buying the regular Insecticons, but I don't really care that much about like my third modern set of them. What I care about is the Deluxe Insections. Give me a decent Chop Shop, Barrage and Venom and then I'll be happy.
-ZacWilliam, insert requisite request for a Beet Papil...
I think the thing is the Characters (capital C) are what distinguish Go-Bots from other tfing robots really, but for Rock Lords whose characters had much less exposure, and are much les "vital" to the concept you can invoke them just by making any "powerful living rocks" that convert from stones...
In my mind Megatron sees Jurassic Park as his chance at creating a force of soldiers to counter the Dinobots but better because they're based on Real dinos not 80s guesses. After Park cameras catch a dino Transforming in the park, John Hammond calls the Autobots and invites some new Park Rangers...
Not in actual events, but in spirit... in concept, it's basically the Cyberverse equivalent of G1 Seasons 1 and 2 happens between Cyberverse Seasons 1 and 2. Season 2 starts with "the final battle of the War on Earth."
It's actually pretty clever of them to have done the lead up to the G1...
Count me as a Cyberverse booster. That show was always improving. From ok, to good, to great.
-ZacWilliam, even the S1 episodes that have a lot of "just ok" do some neat world and history building in the (many) flashbacks.
