After seeing most of the remaining Primes, I've become convinced that the 13 should have all been Voyager scale at minimum. The existing Deluxe, and even Voyager figures I feel could have used a little more budget (though Micronus still is very neat looking).

I would argue the MCU (maybe superhero films in general) have a "killing off the villain" problem, where in comics, storylines can continue later and dynamics can build because the villain either gets away or is merely imprisoned.
