It was the one right before Disney bought them. The SMP toys look great and I don’t mind the lack of an ultrazord since those are just unwieldy piles of plastic usually. They seem fairly popular since Bandai skipped several sentais to make them and then made the complete set aside from the one...
I like the simple but effective engineering and the city mode does look great with the lights on but dude looks like a goddamn model kit. This is gonna take some TLC. Might not bother with Windblade. Being completely uncolored and nontransforming sounds like it's more trouble than it's worth to...
Sega is maddeningly inconsistent with what's supposed to be their mascot. They should boot sonic team and give development over to the Yakuza people or something.
It’s probably due to the brown plastic being the unpaintable type, which is fairly notorious for more limited color choice compared to most other plastics. Kind of like how TM2 Megs has gold paint with mustard-looking plastic but a bit more extreme.
toy colors Tigerhawk is more visually...
I saw this 3d print kit a while back and thought it was a cute and thematically sound idea. Not something I'd pay for but i'd totally use them if they came in the box.
I don’t mind much either way since out local ads aren’t terrible but whatever attempts they have to block adblock is messing up the loadspeed and performance even when you do turn it off. Might as well keep adblock on.
god I hate the contrast between the gray and white but it actually looks like the reasonably-sized metroplex is gonna make this year. Thought the car FOB was funny at first but seeing that wall of LEDs, that’s actually a pretty clever method of triggering the lights.
This one’s gonna need some...
They needed a transformers-themed restaurant and it was more recent and relevant than Maccadam’s I guess. I doubt the CCP censors were all that thorough about the background.
Not that the CCP is a fan of it but I’d wager that all of IDW’s stories revolving around “government bad, revolution good” would be a bigger sticking point.
Also IDW being so deep in the shitter that they can barely sell enough comics to stay afloat, let alone even think of selling abroad.
They released the “”“samurai””” Inferno a while back so they’re still around. I remember because it was just normal G1 Inferno but they gave him funky crotch armor.
MMC was the only real shot and by their own admission basically bankrupted their IDW operation on stupid jive. Now they’re stuck being another G1 Mp company, doing repaints of their Optimus mold and trying to get sued by DC comics.
Iron Factory used to do IDW but couple years ago shifted to...
I can’t stand the Fanstoys crowd. Their toys are generally mediocre and overrated but the company’s business practices are what really piss me off.
The irony of saying this about gray market companies is not lost on me.
