Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion || update: Toy Fair 2025: Vortex, Onyx Prime, Alchemist Prime, Excellion, Sideways, oh my

Main difference is that obscure transformers tend to be unique designs/colours (even if they're just straight repaints), while obscure/generic Star Wars characters are 90% just a boring human. And Kira, of course, is making a constant effort to not swear at her co-workers as a matter of course. B'elanna meanwhile is not making the effort, and I assume that's just ADR'd in post.

Transformers: Cyberworld, Mecha Anime Bulls for Days

Yeah, Elita-1 is 100% a Riptide pre-tool. Which means they either aren't going to make Riptide, or she'll be some kind of not-available-in-your-area exclusive. With even fewer changes he'd look a lot like Tackle. Come to think of it, Mirage's colours look a lot like Mach. Pity they can't...

Not logical, exactly, but disciplined; Romulans come from a very militaristic culture (think Communist China or Soviet Russia --or Imperial Rome, which is what the culture is based on), so most of the Romulans we meet are either soldiers, spies, or former-soldiers turned political figures...

Bear in mind also that the point of streaming shows is not simply to generate content, it's to drive subscriptions to the streaming service. It doesn't matter how many people are watching, it matters how many people are paying.

Don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I used to work in audience measurement (what Nielsen does), and if Nielsen is anything like Canada's Numeris then the numbers are all bullshit anyway (but yes, network suits treat it as Gospel because it's the only quantifiable data they have)...

It's because the database was coded in COBOL. The "default" zero-date is in 1875. Of course, Musk and his Twitler Youth don't know this because they're either idiots or too young and inexperienced to know that COBOL exists.
