Judge says Trump’s lawsuit against IRS was brought in bad faith. Criticizing the president’s lawyers and referring one for possible discipline, a federal judge said President Trump’s $10 billion suit against the IRS—which ended with a deal for Trump and his family to avoid tax audits and a now-paused $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund—was filed for an “improper purpose.” The suit was “an attempt to use the Court to provide some legitimacy to an agreement to confer immunity to people and entities affiliated with the President and to earmark billions of dollars from American taxpayers to redress grievances not defined in the law,” Judge Kathleen Williams wrote in the judicial equivalent of a primal scream. The ruling is unlikely to impact the audit deal as the president dropped the suit, and the deal was not filed with the court.

I laughed out loud at the "judicial equivalent of a primal scream."

Among the newly declassified intelligence documents Trump released Thursday are assessments that the Russian president and senior Russian officials directed proxy efforts to spread allegations about Joe Biden and Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company where Hunter Biden was a board director, orchestrate a corruption scandal against the Democratic nominee, and “ensure the President’s victory,” a reference to Trump, who was the incumbent at the time.

And this is the speech he's mad at ABC and NBC not airing, too.

They interfered just as much in the election he actually did win, and nobody gave a rat's ass about that. Dunno why anyone would expect this to matter.

Insider Trading As A Service:

"Sen. Warner explained that, according to TMTG, the Truth API will provide select paying customers with advance access to posts from top Truth Social accounts, a list that includes the president’s, faster than regular users receive push notifications or can manually monitor Truth Social. Trump Media has said the service is specifically designed for organizations “most impacted by the cost of a delay in information,” including algorithmic trading firms, and customers have already signed up for the service, which it has reportedly offered for $100,000 per month."
"In the future, the API can be expanded to more accounts for customers willing to pay more, McGurn says."

"Those accounts include decision makers who impact policy and geopolitical outcomes, such as President Trump (@realDonaldTrump), the White House (@WhiteHouse), FBI Director Kash Patel (@kash), White House deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino (@DanScavino) and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (@seckennedy)."

........yeah the next President, D or R, is going to be looking a much reduced role in the world economically, dipolomatically, scientifically, and now militarily because TRUMP HAS HUGGED THE MILITARY-INDUSTREAL COMPLEX! Jesus Christ in Heaven on a god damn Pogo-Stick, everything this man touches turns to garbage.

But in news that makes us all chuckle, Trump can't handle the BBC.

What use is a battleship in modern military doctrine anyway. There's a reason we don't use them anymore. Heck, if the Ukraine conflict proves anything, a large number of small, cheap drones beats a large target alarmingly frequently.

Vice President JD Vance was accused by Trump administration critics of having a lack of self-awareness after he suggested imprisoning people that are “committing fraud against the American people.”

Vance’s comments to Fox News’ Laura Ingraham during an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle” struck critics as a sound argument for prosecuting President Donald Trump.

“I don’t care where you came from, I don’t care what your name is, if you’re committing fraud against the American people, all of us, all of us in public leadership should be trying to stop it and try to throw you in prison for enriching yourself off the American taxpayer,” Vance said.
Trump has been accused of profiting off the presidency after earning $2.2 billion in income last year, including $1.4 billion from cryptocurrency tokens. Bloomberg News reported the president earned more money in his second term so far than his previous 60-year business career.

Former Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton reacted to a clip of Vance by posting on X: “Local man suggests jailing own boss.”

But Trump's not committing fraud! He's Making America Great Again! His methods just look like fraud to Dumocrats because they have TDS and aren't very stable geniuses like him! Besides, Biden committed way more fraud (don't ask me for proof) and didn't get imprisoned, so Trump should be allowed to commit all the fraud he wants, even though he's definitely not doing that!
