Ratchet didn't go to 7 megacycles of Med Training to be a nurse! He is Dr Ratchet!
You can clearly see it's post-Transformers the Movie since he's dead, it says it comes with Ratchet's body. I also want to see what's on his secret film. I expect it to be scandalous scenes with the Warners.
