For whatever reason I much prefer this to Ironhide.
Sorry to hear that. That little glitch happens to me occasionally, and it is super-annoying. I usually don't have to do anything though, and have never had an order cancelled. It sure doesn't seem like there have been any attempts by Pulse to correct the issue, as far as I know.
I only use Pulse for exclusives when there's no other choice. Their shop just sucks.
At this point you'd think a functioning online store could be slapped together in an afternoon.
I don't know people ever complained about G1 Ultra Magnus. Look at that absolute heroic chunk.
I still love my G1 Ultra Magnus. He's huge - pretty sure that if he had the arm articulation, he could reach over and pat Metroplex on the shoulder.
He still can, just pop him out of his own armor and have him stand on his shoulders.

I would joke that Ultra Magnus was the City Commander because he was one of the Autobots big enough to boss around a robot the size of a city.
For me he's just the perfect blend of early Diaclone and Car Robots. He kinda ties the whole line together.
