No...that actually happened...much to my annoyance they didn't include a G1 Megatron shipped upside down as a bonus item or something, either.
Wow, they didn't try to offload some unrelated lower-cost back stock onto you instead?
Platypus is a criminal! You "paid" for your order using an upside-down submarine! That sort of behavior got my cousin on Michigan's most-wanted list for a while.

A QC issue has been reported:
Ugh, Haslab QC strikes again. I have a misassembly on Gaihawk that will not allow me to transform him back from arm mode into either bot or jet mode. The misassembly appears to be on the combiner shoulder ratchet and is preventing the black part for the shoulder connection from folding back in. It was very difficult to fold out as well. I believe the black portion of the shoulder ratchet is not fully into its correct spot within the torso and causing interference with the black part the folds out. I've circled the part in the torso causing the interference and the part of the black fold out shoulder connection where it interferes.
Unfortunately the torso is glued together, so there is no way to safely take it apart to try and fix it inside the torso. However, I do think I can fix the interference issue by sanding down the part of the black shoulder connector where it interferes.
The issue did not affect the shoulder in combined mode at all, so I think my fix should work, but I'm going to wait and see if mine was a one-off misassembly, or if it is a larger issue that may have replacements like the past Haslab QC failures before I try anything.
I've transformed him back-and-forth a couple of times with no issues, so I think I'm in the clear.
Same. While getting an issue like this must suck, I do have to roll my eyes at "HasLab QC strikes again."
Omega Prime's issues were wide spread and worthy of calling out... but LioKaiser's been out for two weeks now and there's one case of this?
Again it sucks, but an isolated incident =/= the clusterf**k that Omega Prime was.
My Gaihawk had the same issue pulling that panel out so I think this QC may have bitten me. Maybe if I ever transform him back out of combined mode I'll find out for sure.
Mine arrives tomorrow. I’ll prob put everybody in robot mode for a quick group shot, then into the forever combined mode they go.
I've been playing around with the individuals so far. I plan to combine tomorrow evening after my wife leaves town. I'll have like 4 days of bachelor life in which I will be playing with toys.
As is the right of all adults. We work hard. Why should the kids get all the fun?

My parents pretty much did the same thing with me and my brother growing up, just leave us with my grandparents over the weekend. In theory, it would let them get something done. In practice...well, as they say, man plans, God laughs.
I don’t have high hopes for delivery today even though the top of the page says Tuesday. It doesn’t take 6.5 hours to drive from Orlando to Tampa, even as bad as I4 is. Either way, signed form is in the door. It’s currently 10:55 est as I type this.
I might have this issue as well, trying to get the shoulder joint out is very difficult
