It makes sense that Liokaiser would just have the hip/leg bits. The torso is pretty well accounted for.

But eh, even if he'd had one, I am very belatedly off that fence (if only because I recently got really tired of the old combiners -- which are still fun toys, just had my fill). Playing catch-up is not fun, what with having missed out on... Oh, all of Menasor.

Although, even if I'd been as open to it then as now, I really doubt I could've scraped enough money together in time then. But it turned out great, and I'm glad there don't seem to be any major QC headaches. What a set, what a showcase!

Don't feel bad, I'm in the same boat, I had them on order but cancelled it in a waiting room. Good news, no cancer, bad news, lost a gallbladder and Liokaiser in the same visit due to costs of one vs the other. Hence why I'm stalking the picture forum, these are awesome!

I had thought of trying aftermarket, but I doubt that's viable, simply because for the costs I'm seeing now I can literally get an extra car payment in for the Prius Prime I slapped an Autobot symbol on.

This is a selfish thing for me to say... but as someone who skipped Omega Prime... I'm glad they worked their QC issues out with that one. This one's been immaculate.

Well, there was actually a bit more going on than just the gallbladder but the point is, I came out ok, aside from my incredible seething resentment at how anti-Combiner the Health Care System is.

On the QC note, I did get Omega Prime, and I was able to fix him up very well, plus I got an extra Ultra Magnus (no weapons) and the cab portion of Optimus Prime (no accessories) out of it too, so weirdly, I am a lot less hesitant to mess with them for display than I otherwise might have been, simply because I have a lot of spare parts if needed, rather unusual for a HasLab. That mess worked out great for me.

The Iron Factory Liokaiser is so egregious it makes Hasbro's retail frame Combiners seem better by comparison.

I'm convinced the "love" for the Iron Factory version is just from schmucks who think they're sticking it to "Hasblow"
