Depends on that presidential healthcare. At this point it's a 50-50 shot of him either just keeling over, or the monsters behind him going Weekend At Donnie's to stall until their next pet monster is ready.
Unfortunately he can. Only thing he can't pardon them for are crimes that are committed AFTER the pardon is issued. Pardons also don't work on impeachment convictions. If the dems ever get a supermajority in the senate every single Trump admin toadie should be impeached to ensure they can never hold a federal office again. They should actually 'drain the swamp', as Trump likes to say.
