So I started this last night. It gives a recap of all the important story bits from Life is Strange 1, Before the Storm and Double Exposure...but I would still recommend playing them first just because they're still good games.

But yeah, loving Reunion so far, if for no other reason than because Chloe is back.

Credits are rolling. My heart is aching...in a good way.

But I do get the sinking feeling (given that 98% of the posts in this thread are mine) that I'm the only one who still cares about this series. But uh...yeah...Reunion was good. It was really good. No spoilers...but...it was good.

I kinda feel that way with Resident Evil on these boards. Like it's one of the most popular survival horror series out there, and me and one other person is posting to the thread...

Life is Strange.

I have the special edition box of the first game for the Xbox One. I know I posted to the last thread we had for it about playing it.

I actually own True Colors as well!

Don't have any of the others, but am interested in getting them.

So why haven't I?

Time. I just don't have much time to game. It's only thanks to survival horror Saturdays, where I play games with friends, and Tales of Monday/Sunday, where my roommate adn I play through the Tales games, that I get to really game at all anymore.

Metroid Prime 4 is sitting here begging me to play it, but I have other things I have to get done.

Hopefully someday I'll be able to play the rest of the games in the series.

Oh, and sorry Caldwin, but you and I are not the same. Chole's life is NOT worth the life of EVERYONE IN THE DAMN TOWN.

I let her go. It's what she would have wanted.

That's fine. I'm very much aware that there's a lot of people who chose Bay over BAE. To me, The town was a cess pool of adults who were useless at best, negligent as a general rule and abusive at worst. There were some exceptions...but when it came down to it...I just couldn't let Chloe die. I'm not saying it's the right or moral choice. But it's the choice I made, for better or for worse.

I've only seen playthroughs, and I was surprised that letting the town die was supposed to be the wrong choice. It seemed like divine judgment.

If this story were set in antiquity, saving Chloe would have been written as the correct choice.
