There's stuff about it that doesn't work all that well for me (mainly the fully cylindrical neck), but there's stuff that I really appreciate, especially given what it manages to do with a pretty set, finished design. I respect the thought and effort put into it. Clever stuff.
Saw some more pics of Titan Grimlock. Yeah, he's in proper scale but he's also really expensive and the screen-accuracy means that he has really bland colors. Most of all, the way the tail transforms into the mace means that it's super stiff and unnaturally straight in T-Rex mode. Some of the shots also showed the massive backpack. Definitely not worth the scratch for a glorified setpiece.

Strafe is probably viable at a Leader price point, but the other two probably require a Titan slot. Tformers is ASSUMING all will be Titans, but that certainly doesn’t enthuse me. But maybe the AoE Dinobots are more popular (especially internationally) than we realize?
I thought we were already told by Evan or Mark that all four Dinobots were coming and they'd all be Titans (but the titan pricepoint might be variable)
It kinda feels like the Studio Series figure's purple was derived from a halfway between the two different purples of the MP-29 and MP-29+ Masterpiece releases:
By the way, I don't mean to reignite things, but for the record I did not use any purple in the creation of that Shockwave purple. It's all layers of blue and a very red magenta.
