New Ollie's opened near me (Cranston, Rhode Island, for anyone nearby). Found a rack of Legacy Strongarm for $12.99, and the Arcee/Ironhide/Freezer core class wave.
Yeah, I went to my local Ollies this Saturday with the kids to buy my oldest some birthday presents, and found a lone G1 Kickback and the Core class figures. I picked up kickback and a freezer out of that set as I like the target master appeal of him. I also got myself a TIE Fighter model kit for $5.

Cybertron Hot Shot & G1 Optimus Prime, Cosmos & Armada Wheeljack, and AOTP Solus Prime & AOTP Slingshot.

There are a few in there that I skipped at full price that I might be tempted to buy as a BOGO type deal. Wish I could mix-and-match at my heart's desire, though, as it does seem like there aren't many sets that don't have one I already own.
A couple sets there I might be interested in. If my local stores actually get any. And if I can be bothered to go look.
In addition to the 2-packs, walmart are also having the "Classic Class" of BLOKEES model kits (70+ pieces) for $5.

That's always the tricky thing about these pairs, but I've been so selective over the last year I do have a number of gaps left.
It helps that the selection is actually nice and broad. Hatchet, an Origin Bee to replace the yellowed Buzzworthy one, Hot Shot, ROTB Wheeljack AND Scorponok... And damn, are those AOTP ones on the bottom bundled too? It's an awesome range. And at that price, it's not bad either way. Alas.
