He-Man, and also the Masters of the Universe

I decided to just get Mumm-Ra and Lion-O from the crossover as they were the two I had when I was little and I was annoyed even back then that they didn't fit well with my He-man stuff. As I noted above, my Super7 Mummy Mumm-Ra also fits great with these. One weird note, though, if you use Cartoon Man-E-Faces poorly documented head-swapping with Skel-Ra's face, you get Nightmare Fuel. I am still considering the TC He-Man as a King Grayskull sub.

Optimus HeMan and Scare Glow Starscream pics are out. Starscream-Glow looks like a cross between a Pretender Shell and a Necron. And unless I am mistaken, HeMan has the peg on the axe so you can cut his hand off and replace it with the same axe, which is fine for Optimus but for an organic who's not Trap Jaw, I'm not sure how this will work out...I mean, Krang worked with it, but Krang's body is supposedly an android.

Maybe it's supposed to be evocative of energy enveloping the fist?

Edit: Oh, I just saw it in the Collaborative thread. Yeah, no, that's... huh.

I'm actually pretty meh about this. I would've thought they would learn from the Action Masters line, Transformers toys that don't transform...just...no!

I'd love to see a reverse crossover with transforming He-Man vehicles. The shark tank, the buzzsaw vehicle, those would be great.
Changing the subject slightly, I found Battle Catman at my local walmart. Debating taking him out of the packaging. He looks good though.

Early 2000s nostalgia has entered the chat! After Armada got some love in Transformers, we’re seeing the 2002 He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon get some attention in the Origins segment. Mattel revealed most of the line at SDCC, but here’s in package shots of the first wave (He-Man, Stratos, TriKlops)

And according to Toy Habits, a Walmart listing has cropped up for a Deluxe Samurai He-Man release. Contrary to the original 80s line, the 2002 cartoon DID feature a number of the deluxe figures in the cartoon proper, with Samurai variants appearing in conjunction with SyKlone’s first appearance, with the reinterpreted Battle Armor appearing later on.

I love samurai and ninja versions of other things, like Musha Gundam, etc. However, the original samurai MOTU figures were ugly things that looked nothing like samurai to me.
