I have 2 GI Joe figures. the 2 versions of Bazooka, my favorite character as a kid, and Cobra Commander for my 80s villains display.
That said, if I had money, I would so get a Snow Cat. I remember that vehicle as a kid and it was so cool. Man, they're hitting the nostalgia button dead on with that haslab.

Out of consideration that I couldn't see the pictures on top of the computer desk, I've divvied up my collection over the weekend.

Viper Squad, Steel Brigade, Scarlett/Helix/Snake-eyes, along with the Sniper & Rock'N'Roll are still on the desk.

Cobra Command (Bludd, Baroness, Night-Guard, Scrap Iron) & a Joe patrol (Stalker, Cover-Girl, Duke, Airborne) downstairs where the 25th Cobra's where.

Ninja Duel & Grenadiers still blocking the printer.

The Hasbro team has disseminated SDCC previews for GI Joe Classified across numerous fan venues (like BBTS, a couple podcasts, etc), renders revealed today:
Scifi
Grim (an Elite Range Viper? Range Viper redeco/variant)
Wet Suit (sadly, lacking the jewfro from the cartoon)
Desert Scorpion & SKRP1ON

Official images and preorders are apt to be on or shortly after the SDCC presentation on July 25.

Yeah, I saw EE has the new wave in stock. Amazon still has them "release dated" for August 4th. I ordered through Amazon, so I guess I got to wait

coolest looking Joe ever
I've probably mentioned it here before, but Sci-Fi got transferred to pilot duty when I found a Phantom X-19 at a second-hand shop that was almost entirely complete except for the lack of a pilot, and since he had a pilot-y helmet and his neon green suit matched the accent color of the plane, it seemed like a natural fit.

The Super7 Once A Man CC arrived. Not a bad figure. I still wish I hadn’t missed out on the Classified one.

Upon seeing it, my son was curious and went down a YouTube rabbit hole watching videos of CCs cartoon origin, the snake transformation, and the humanoid return in Operation Dragonfire.

This led to more questions about the hooded appearance in Sunbow and later DIC episodes where he should have had either blue skin or snake scales respectively.

I basically gave him the quick rundown that continuity didn’t really matter in most 80s syndicated cartoons. The writers/animators of GI Joe: The Movie either didn’t know or didn’t care about the fact that we’ve seen that his skin wasn’t blue, and DIC stopped drawing the snake scales in the armor’s eyes pretty quickly after it first appeared, and didn’t bother when the hood came back later.

I told him to pretend that before the movie, CC used makeup over his two main eyes to make him look human and after Dragonfire, the transformation slowly continued to turn him more human as time went on (real human, not Cobra-La). I reminded him that in his full snake form in Dragonfire, the spore transformation had eventually gotten rid of his multiple eyes as well.

Its a stretch, but he wanted answers.
