What should I buy?

So here's a thread for anyone who wants to buy something but isn't sure exactly what.

Me? I got a $100 Amazon gift card for my birthday and I want to get something with it, but can't decide what. I'm willing to go maybe $30/40 over what I've got on the card but I can't even decide if I should get one big birthday gift thing or a bunch of smaller things.

Here are the main things I'm trying to pick between right now:

SS86 Magnus - $125
  • Magnus isn't one of my absolute favorites but I like him decently and this toy looks very cool. On the other hand it's $30 above retail on Amazon. On the third hand it might disappear and go way up in price any time.

SS86 Longhaul and Hook $90
  • I have SS86 Scavenger, but I also have CW Devy and I like him, so I've yet to commit to this one.

Transformers Compendium V1 - $55
  • Cool, but I do already own all the original issues and have access to them all digitally.

Age of the Primes Star Optimus - $150
  • Cool robot mode. Kinda lame truck. It's Optimus # 3 million and seven, I don't feel like I'll be too upset if I skip him. But I kinda want to collect all the 13...

AotP Megatronus The Fallen - $55
  • Gonna want to get him eventually.

AotP Prima - $35
  • Probably want him, like the look, but he's cheap enough I can get him almost any time so not in a rush.

ROM Omnibus V1 hardcover - $53
  • I Have the Micronauts and Godzilla Omnibi and this would be cool to go with. But I havnt actually finished reading those yet...

Super7 o-ring Biotron/Baron Karza - $25/20
  • Want to make a shelf of 80s guys. But I wish S7 seemed like they were doing any more characters...

Marvel v Capcom Fighting Col. PS4- $25
  • I don't play many fighting games any more but I LOVED the anime style graphics on these when they were new.

Ohsama Sentai King Ohger DX - $114
  • Not really a Power Ranger/Sentai guy but this thing looks awesome. It's like an Insecticon Combiner (minus the individual robot modes)

PS5 Astrobot or Indiana Jones - $65ish
  • Would like to play either of these but do already have some good games I havnt finished

Also Have a variety of of Joe Classifieds, Star Wars Black Series, and MotU Origins figs I'd like, that are all between $20 and $60 but none that I want badly enough to list individually

or Lastly, I guess I could save my money for something in the future that I want real real bad but there's nothing like that on the horizon right now...

Been looking at Amazon pages for like a week now and still havnt decided.Anyone have any opinions on what they think I should go for..

-ZacWilliam, sure I've left a bunch of things out. I love having gift cards I kinda hate spending them...

I haven’t experienced pure joy and fun in a video game in YEARS until I played Astrobot. The challenge stages are…challenging, but the last time I could point to a game I couldn’t stop playing out of pure fun would probably be Super Mario Odyssey.
Get Astrobot

Magnus is great but I'm also a Magnus fan.

Indy is amazing, but if your not in a rush I'm sure it will be notably cheaper in a year or 2.

If it were me, I would go for whatever you judge is going to sell out/go out of print soonest. A few years ago, I waited a little too long to buy the Space Runaway Ideon Blu Ray and it went out of print, sending the price skyrocketing. Still kick myself over that one...

This is a really good collection, and the more purchases, the better, if only to help keep more coming out.

Plus, it feels like a freaking miracle that this happened at all, so for that price, maybe better to take advantage now. Hard to say when or if it'll ever happen again.
