I think it's an age thing. Gimmicks appeal to younger audiences, articulation appeals to older ones, and the older kid market for toys...

I actually hope not. I wouldn't want Powermaster Prime to be THAT big. Star Convoy is supposed to be huge, so that doesn't bother me...
