I bought the Megatron / Tidal Wave kit. No complaints about Tidal Wave, but the Megatron part ended up being a complete waste for me. I never really had an issue with Megatron's shoulders, but I wanted to see if the DNA shoulders would be stronger for the purpose of his Tidal Wave combination...

I don't really care much about Machine Wars. I only got Megatron or Megaplex when it was new. (Can't remember which and picked up the other years later.) None of the rest ever appealed to me. Now the Predators, on the other hand, I would love to get. Skyquake's definitely top priority, but I'd...

I think I must have been one of the first people to get that first Commemorative Series wave. I had just moved to San Diego in June of 2002 and started my career. Came across them at the nearest TRU. I'd never had G1 Hot Rod or Magnus before, and my Optimus had broken long before, so I snatched...

So, great news that it's confirmed Nexus will be getting a new, dedicated frame. (I still really hope they can manage to make it a standalone Heatwave, who just also can transform into a Nexus frame.) Terrible news that it won't come until '28 or '29. 😖 I like having my combiner teams be...

I love the idea of that fusion canon. As recently as a couple years ago, I would've said it would be an automatic buy, unless it just looked horrible upon reveal. But in this economy, I really don't think I can scavenge $200 for it. I think it's going to be something I'll have to watch and hope...

I've been REALLY looking forward to finally getting a TM Megatron update. This is making me extremely pessimistic now. I guess I'll just hope this is painting a poor picture of how he'll be.

I originally only wanted the black Megatron for the extra beast. However, he fit the theme for what I really wanted out of Wild King so much better than regular Megatron: It's a MUCH better Calamity Ganon color scheme.

I used to have a pretty substantial backlog of stuff to open. It was partially due to lack of time to get to everything, and partially that I liked having new stuff to open when I needed a bit of a pick-me-up. These days, unless I just got a big order in (e.g. BBTS pile of loot), I rarely have...

I want to see Hasbro revisit the clones sometime. I love the little Legends-class guys, but I'd really like to see them done as Deluxes. And this time, let's not stop at just the original G1 pairs. At a minimum, I'd like to see a third clone for each side, with an aquatic alt mode. I'd probably...

Has there been an announcement I've missed? I know Hasbro isn't trying to stay completely true to the Timelines Nexus toy, but Alpha Bravo has nothing in common with Topspin beyond also being a helicopter.

I'm exactly the opposite. I wanted the upgrades for the individual bots, and I hated the huge bulge in the middle of his back. It's still not fantastic with the DNA kit, but I like it soooo much better than without it. Meanwhile, the dedicated Devastator kit does absolutely nothing for me. That...

I'm sad to say I never got around to playing the Wii Metroid games, either Prime 3 or Other M. I have both, just they hit at a time when I had very little time for gaming. Other M was set prior to Fusion, so it didn't bother me continuing on to Dread. However, I'd really like to play Prime 3...

Devastator is a partial frame combiner. None of the lower three bots connect to anyone, but the arms both connect directly to Hook. So he's not ideal, but also not really the same as the others. And yes, the arms always bugged me. More so the fact that the shoulder joint is on the inner side of...

I haven't seen any indication that Ravenous will be available for Switch 1. As far as I can tell, it's Switch 2 only. Which saddens me, since a Switch 2 is still pretty far off for me. Dread was the first experience either of my kids had with a Metroid game. Neither of them played it, but they...

I know, double post, but these two posts combined with all the text from Sabrblade's table was too long for one post. I completely agree with the idea that web site metadata cannot overrule anything in the games themselves. It's a moot point though, because the games don't touch on this. Like...
