Found Crystal Ball at Wal-Mart this morning. Only complaints is that he can't hold his crystal ball (another hand would fix this), and neck can't crank back for fully crazy mode. Though the Ball and alt-head could make GREAT D&D props. Horn-headed Cthulhu has so much potential.

She lives on the other side of the state, a good 6/7 hour drive away.

This is valid. The basic Starter Decks have been out locally for ages, leaving only the more expensive version with the models, while the boosters are hard for anyone to keep in stock.
