I hope that darker burgundy Powerglide is just a lighting thing since the altmode display is a nice brighter red (which is preferable).I’m pleasantly surprised to see that Smokescreen ended up being NOT a G1/ER rerun. Sometimes, even the retailer listings aren’t fool proof
I like some of the “homogenization” done to Smokescreen, with some of the head elements kind of evoking Drift to me. Not sure about the lanky body though. The entire design feels HEAVILY referenced from the Knockout remold Takara did back in Arms Micron for the character. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not, though…. I’ll be curious to see more refined images of the release.
Ratchet looks like Animated Ratchet. Glad to see they got his magnetic clamps into the design, and he’s got a nice bulk for a deluxe figure.
Powerglide and Swerve look fine, if a bit perfunctory.
Swerve is fine, but all the more reason to hold on to the T30 one.
Animated Ratchet looks great.
I'm not really getting Knock Out from this Smokescreen; if anything, I'm getting RID2015 Jazz... which would be a welcome retool, as long as it's well after a Beast Hunters blue Smokescreen. Maybe the perception of lankiness comes from the hood not being snapped in (down) all the way, making the torso seem longer because of the blue panel.

Smokescreen looks like he the basis for a retool, my guess is into G1 Prowl for the studio series line! Powerglide, the plane mode looks like its only slightly mistransformed with the tail end as there is a panel that looks like its meant to be up, thou I could be wrong, still he definely a surprise reveal for me, so I want him for my collection
There's no way they're getting a lovingly Sunbow Z robot mode out of that. It looks more like RiD '15 Jazz.
Its just a guess and who to say that they will not retool him some more?

Powerglide looks fine, a bit chunkier than I'd like but I might still get him to hang out with Beachcomber and Seaspray.
Swerve looks rough IMO. His head looks to be separate from the side fins which is kinda funky, and I'm not sure why he has white lower biceps, every G1 Swerve (toy, cartoon, comic) seems to have full red arms. Ah well, still have Thrilling 30.
I'm typically not interested in Animated stuff but that Ratchet looks really good. Prices being what they are I probably won't spring for him, but maybe if he's ever available for discount...

Alas, Swerve seems to have been based on the fan-made Ukranian character model (which isn't even an actual character model but instead a tracing of a screencap from "Five Faces of Darkness, Part 5") instead of his official character model.

He needs a My First Blaster. I haven't even read the comic but I thought the concept was hilarious and it would differentiate him from Gears.
That is a rough looking wave of deluxes. Powerglide is... how do you mess up Powerglide? Just literally take the ten other Powerglide's you've made and scale them up slightly.
Swerve is probably about the best that could be done from the terrible Gears tooling.
The painted window on Ratchet looks absolutely terrible, the finish just looks awful.
Smokescreen really only looks okay in comparison to the others.

I like Powerglide but he's not exactly awe-inspiring. It's pretty much the CW Legend with a few extra joints. I'll probably pick him up since I like planes that aren't jets. Swerve looks janky as hell, probably because they didn't exactly know how to handle his head. Not a fan. Animated Ratchet looks alright, though I'm not a fan of his hooves. Besides, I prefer Prime Ratchet. Might give him a shot depending on how they handle the head/face. Smokescreen... well, maybe the blue colors would make it look better? He unfortunately gives me vibes of the experimental upscaled Legends Smokescreen they put out at the tail end of Beast Hunters for some reason.

Big Convoy and Razorclaw arrived yesterday. What's confusing me is that the shipping notice from Pulse claimed that Amalgamous and Brawl both shipped with them, and they are shown as part of the shipment in my order history. They aren't there, though. I think I'd gotten a notice that Brawl was supposed to be coming, but I hadn't seen anything about Amalgamous before the shipping notice.
Anyone else get a notice for those two? And if so, did you actually receive them?
