His hips swing out a bit to make him less leggy.

Nice! The paint's a bit worn but that just means you can play with it and not worry about being the guy that ruined it. Loose toys are so much more fun that way.

I still need to get Fans Hobby Athena.
Luckily she's only just come out so I think so far only reviewers and people in like China or whatever have her.

I'm waiting for my bbts email so I can go buy a burner visa

I'm waiting for BBTS to get Sky Lynx in again. Hell, if they get Snapdragon and Runamuck in at the same time, I'll be more or less done with TFs for the year.

Arcee couldn't decide whether to go backpacking or yoga so split the difference.

I honestly don't see anything that the Earthrise offers as an improvement on the T30. The T30 has a flawless alt mode that folds into a huge but tidy backpack that at least has the shoulder pods and deploys a perfectly decent and well articulated Barbie. The Earthrise version has a clumsier robot mode and has to remove part of the car to turn into it, the backpack is just as big, and there's nothing in particular to recommend the Barbie it comes attached to over the T30 one.
It's honestly a strange case, because Earthrise isn't really adding any new gimmick or anything either, so it doesn't even have the usual "but it's compatible with [thing]" going for it. It's just a worse take on the same dull thing.
Shouldn't gravity be doing something?
Of course there's a figure of Rodimus as some kind of animal girl. Why would I be surprised by this?

TBH after watching the two Fans Hobby Athena vids on YouTube, it kinda sucks that you have to remove her roof to transform her but I'm not too bothered since I already knew that the roof was removable and I honestly think the figure looks better in robot mode without the roof backpack breaking up her silhouette.
What is ever so slightly more disappointing is that she has hugging stickers, I mean some of them are just optional detail stickers like I'm not gonna be losing out if I don't apply the few stickers meant to add some *pop* in the vehicle mode cockpit but why the hug are the goddamn red crosses stickers.
I mean is Fans Hobby afraid that the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is gonna bring the hammer down? I don't think it really makes a difference if they're on stickers and not tampoed onto the toy.
Ah whatever, when I say these things make me slightly disappointed I mean it's like 1/1000th of a nanogram of disappointment because it's still a goddamn Minerva.

About the only extra the ER one offers is using standard 5mm pegs for weapons instead of T30's rectangular hand holes that only she uses. Maybe one could count taking off the vehicle shell to get a cleaner robot and/or a display stand.

As much as i might get ER Arcee, her flaws are really kinda tempting me to hunt down either the Takara lg version of T30, or that Platinum boxset with the shiny paint. Which is admittedly ludicrous when you consider the price.
ah well.
Now to start saving in hopes that these proposed Studio Series Dinibots are awesome. Even though i just finished hunting down the POTP Dinobots.
sigh
Really hoping if Rodimus and Galvatron happen, they'll be awesome.

One thing I like about Earthrise is how the Autobot line-up consists of Grapple, Hoist, and Wheeljack, the 3 guys who built most of the Autobots' gadgets and gizmos.
