Game Sales & Deals: Ongoing Thread

"Disabled people don’t have special needs. We have very reasonable human needs. Our needs include freedom from abuse, violence, and mistreatment, the right to autonomy and self-direction, the right to represent ourselves, equal opportunity for education and employment, the right to accommodation, and societal inclusion and acceptance.
The need for accommodation isn’t a “special need”. It’s a basic human right. It’s a leveling of the playing field that allows us the same opportunities and chances as non-disabled people."

You can buy the games that way. I picked up Bastion and Dante's Inferno for peanuts

Just a heads up. microsoftstore.com has some significant sales on games (PC/360/XBO) going on right now, though a lot of what they're offering at the biggest discounts is out of stock. If you have a local Best Buy, however, you may be able to get them to price match. I just picked up Arkham Origins for $10 that way.

It's old school though -- came out in 98 but it sets a mood like few games I've ever played.

This may just be a botched test that ends up not being honored, but you can input promo code "1" (that's just the one number) on Microsoftstore.com to get $100 off the Xbox One Titanfall bundle:
*EDIT* Oops, people are saying it's already dead. Sorry. Well, I got mine, Jack! Hope it actually ships...

A note about the Summer Sale - it affects everything on Steam, not just what deals are up on the main page. My entire wishlist went down by half or more. Must...stay...strong.
It helps that I bought Crusader Kings II a few weeks ago when it was on midweek sale, so I really have nothing I wa-

Hotline Miami is $1.49 for the next hour and a half, for those who don't already have it.

I'm not trying to brag or be a brat or anything, but I'm kinda amused by the fact that so many people are like: "Oh no! Steam summer sale! My wallet!" and this thing just... doesn't affect me at all.
Like my roommate was telling me that Bioshock Infinite was something like 7 or so bucks on steam, and that's a game I really want to play, but I didn't even flinch at hearing the news. There just was no excitement and the reason?
First thought in my head was: "Yeah but... that's a DIGITAL ONLY copy. Why would I want that?"
Yeah I realize for a lot of people it's convenient and keeps space clear in their homes but... I just can't do it. I want to be able to HOLD the game in my hand. I always will. Kinda sucks physical copy games don't go down.
Still there are of course games that never get a physical release that this would be good for, I just can't think of any that are steam exclusive. Maybe RPG maker.
Sorry for the random post, it's just weird to see all my friends get excited for this, and I just feel nothing.
It's a secret to everybody

At least steam is doing digital delivery right and not trying to screw us out of our property.
