Just need to vent about my last call. One of the ordering systems isn't generating the orders automatically. It's a new, known issue. Solution: enter the items manually. It's too late today, but do it tomorrow. Apparently this employee is the only one who knows how to do orders (even though she didn't know about manually entering them), and she's not working tomorrow, there's no time to train someone on this. No problem, have a colleague call us and we'll walk them through creating a manual order. There's also a ph# that might be able to help order some of the items. Apparently my caller can predict the future, since she knows that the store will be too busy for that. Lady, don't you think that if I had some way of getting your order in today, I'd do it? I must've repeated that these are the only options at least 3 times.
TL:DR- It's like this lady's car broke down and she's refusing to ride the bus.
