All the Power Rangers toys Hasbro revealed look fantastic. I'm going to be buying everything from the Lightning Collection, this toyline is almost everything I've dreamed about for a PR toyline since I was a kid.

Any Bulk and Skull 2 pack needs to have a device with a button that when pushed plays their music.
Heh, you just mentioned that and now I can hear the music in my head.

...Just be aware that the Mighty Morphin cast is apparently coming back in #40, so the Beyond the Grid cast only gets 31-39 for their storyarc...for better or for worse.
Mind you, I wouldn't be surprised if they show back up in time for whatever's going to happen in #50 in a year's time, but still.

Could use more versed lyrics, but that sounds cool.

Hasbro's stuff looks damn sharp. Decent deco and articulation for the standard $10 price point, solid character range, good articulation, multiple accessories and GREAT sculpt work compared to Bandai's efforts (Look at that textures!). Packaging is a bit busy, IMO, but I can easily see how Hasbro has likely standardized some of the packaging concepts for future series.
I mean, even the STANDARD line could stand against Bandai' collector offerings, and I'm curious to see the market response. Plus major props for not only including the 3 core rangers at the outset, but also not one but TWO villains!

Certainly seems like this show's more willing to make its action look a bit more painful and (dare I say) violent, compared to the rather safe and friendly Neo-Saban type of action.
