"cyber villain blaze" just looks like red ranger with a different helmet.

 

That's deliberate. He was the final villain in the Sentai counterpart who copied the Rangers' powers.

 

and he was brought into the series so late that he has NEVER received any form of merchandise until now.

Talon Ranger was also off of a movie only foe so....little different with Blaze Ranger then.

 

Ironbite-hopefully that means Enter's character isn't too changed.

Oh, hey I just realized... Hasbro seems to be copying recent sentai lines. Each Ranger figure comes with what looks to be a sword like weapon, and can actually be wielded by the figures; but then I looked at the beast morpher and it has 'keys' that will produce different sounds and such. And that they look like those 'blades'. So each of the 5 figures comes with an key that will work in the morpher. We sorta got this in Dino Charge and Ninja Steel, but here they're packed with the action figures that most all kids will get, rather then with extra zords or other items or solo packs.

As for  the Megazord... I honestly think that looks better then the Go-Busters toy.

It looks like the heads of the animals do not transform into the buddyroids in the Hasbro version of the Megazord.

Yes, but Talon Ranger never got a toy either, but he is in the comics at least.

The Dark Buster suit, the one being used for Cybervillain Blaze was seen in Beast Morphers set photos.

Well the Silver and Gold Zords are now a Scarab and Mantis, but yeah just focus on the Gorilla.

 

I'm cool with them being called those.

The blue one?  Yes there is clearly a hinge above that head that was not utilized.

Its not the weirdest change we've had. RPM had Green become a shark, and Gold become a falcon I think?

That's because Gold was a Chicken and Green was an Orca but could conceivably be considered a shark.  A Mantis is....something completely different from a Beetle.
