The layout of the RtS Jazz mold makes no damn sense!

Anywho, I was looking Kick Off over and I noticed his upper lower legs are entirely black plastic. Why should this mean anything? The first Jazzes in the wild had black forearms painted white with upper calves that were half white with black paint, the other side was black plastic. Later this was changed. His forearms were now white plastic and the upper thigh that used to be black plastic was now white plastic painted black.
NOW I look at Kick Off and he has all black plastic upper calves with orange forearms. In fact the only other orange plastic on him is the speakers and his gun.
So what the hell?! What is tied to what on this mold?!
I'm kinda hoping some custom class folks can answer this one for me.

Mine is painted on the inside halves of those pieces. There's a spot inside I can see the orange plastic underneath.

If you look below you can see how the parts are laid out for the mold when they produced Longarm at least.

So my final conclusion was just that Jazz is Magic, and left it as that.

Also part of his gun and speakers.
SG Longarm's forearms are purple and on the same sprue as his head, which matches the early version of the RTS Jazz mold and not the later versions or United Stepper & Jazz.
I do wonder how Wheelie will look, being the one unseen / unreleased version of this mold. His head shouldn't factor in as it's listed as 'new' and not 'existing alternate'.
