That is an interesting summation of what he was saying. I took it as the Chai was having a ton of mental issues during that time period when he claims this all happened. Given the rest of the info about them, and that they have taken down their claims against him at this point, I kind of believe the guy on that particular matter, as well as what he showed with his friend Charlie.
The rest of the stuff he did, however, yeah, dude is definitely skeezy.
They locked their social media the hug down because the usual toxic element was sending both of them death threats and targeted harassment, but go off I guess.
Well I want to chime in because I'm still seeing hate for the guy here, and I heard a bit of some drama around him, but well here's the thing:
I didn't follow this guy, I knew nothing about him, and didn't follow the 'drama' so don't really know the full extent of what was going on.
That video was linked to my discord and on a whim I decided to watch it.
From my stand point, based on what I've seen I'd believe his word right now. Especially since I know how people and the internet seems to love a bandwagon.
So... what's skeevy about him?
The deliberate "I'm so tired about all this" look with the stubble and the sunken eyes when all other sightings of him (Nevada vacation, MtG event in Seattle, IKEA) he was out and about looking perfectly fine. It's all an act.
The texts from a supposed mental health professional whose sole response to "my wife is threatening suicide" is "that sucks bro". No hugging way any licensed therapist leaves it at that.
The "Chai has mental health issues, can't trust that!" bit.
The complete refusal to own up to any mistakes, it's all either The Channel Awesome Response ("sorry you feel that way") or "I forgive you for believing all the vile lies about me".
The fact that he's cozying up to Keemstar in a reply to Keem's tweet where he openly calls Heidi a whore, despite barely asking people "don't harass Heidi" in his video proper.
I can provide links to twitter accounts and threads of a few people who fell victim to his predatory habits. Even if they're not underage, maybe that'd convince you he's an abuser? Or is it easier to believe there's a conspiracy against him?
Like this. In the video he clearly showed he was asking for ages before accepting anything.
So two people lied about their ages. Doesn't nullify the other underage fans he solicited nudes from
So, what am I missing?
How many instances has he "clearly shown" though? I believe it's one screenshot, maybe two?
Even then... Jenny Nicholson still put it best.
Wasn't he married at the time of these solicitations or am I getting my Youtube Internet Controversies crossed? Because I know next to nothing about this guy, but if you're soliciting while married that's pretty damn sleazy.
He was. His wife approved of one "body-positivity" blog but later asked him to shut it down, and was unaware of the OTHER pornblogs he was running on the side.
