@  NotVeryKnightly : (30 May 2020 - 12:21 AM)

I'm not in the US and at least some of the episodes seem to work for me. I don't know the actual list of places it's available, though.

@  Shockwave 75 : (29 May 2020 - 10:37 PM)

Unfortunately It seems Cyberverse is only available in the US on YouTube.

@  -LittleAutob... : (29 May 2020 - 09:19 AM)

Yes, and its ongoing.

@  NotVeryKnightly : (29 May 2020 - 01:05 AM)

Cyberverse is already officially uploaded to YouTube.

@  fourteenwings : (29 May 2020 - 12:36 AM)

Spin Master is abridging current episodes of Bakugan Armored Alliance and posting the result on YouTube. Maybe Hasbro does that someday too.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 10:59 PM)

I see... :/

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 08:14 PM)

Within the US anyway. Those channels aren't easy or cheap to access in other countries, and their website often region lock content. Tubi is the only good thing on that list: largely identical (but not perfectly so. Damnit. I wanna watch COPS.) country to country and free.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:24 PM)

So yeah, Hasbro is using plenty of venues to spread exposure of their brands

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:23 PM)

Starz currently licenses Transformers G1 and the GI Joe movie (as well as MLP specials). Netflix has more current series available.

@  Nevermore : (28 May 2020 - 07:21 PM)

Study shows: Holders of the title "world's oldest person" have a severely increased risk of dying.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:18 PM)

Tubi TV and Youtube both host various Hasbro cartoons. Both are freely accessed and ad supported. Any basic TV package (barring straight antenna) includes channels like USA Network, SyFy and FX, all of which regularly air the films from Transformers and GI Joe.

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 06:18 PM)

I dunno what to tell you, media might be changing slowly, but at least it's still accessible. Even the folks that DON'T get one of the streaming services can watch it on the company website. It's a vehicle for the toy line after all, they need to make an effort to make it as consumable as possible.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 05:41 PM)

Well. Thats said, then.... I guess... :doh

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 04:13 PM)

As long as the the cartoons are profitable, then they'll make more. The media it's shown on is completely irrelevant. I say that as a guy whose earliest surviving memory is a big red truck turning into a big red robot.

@  ZakuConvoy : (28 May 2020 - 03:06 PM)

Might be the end of an era. With the rise of streaming, who knows if Transformers will ever be on broadcast TV again.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 11:46 AM)

3 seasons on a show is usually enough... but yeah ;-;

@  Roddie Luver : (27 May 2020 - 09:37 PM)

I’m also sad Cyberverse has no season four.

@  Paladin : (26 May 2020 - 08:10 PM)

it's too hugging hot today.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I'll agree with you on that.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

*Figured -_-

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I fugured

@  Steevy Maximus : (25 May 2020 - 01:37 PM)

I'm actually sad Cyberverse won't get another season. 2 and 3 (of what I've seen) have REALLY nailed it in being fun little actions shows, like the Sunbow series.

@  Rycochet : (25 May 2020 - 01:00 PM)

Yes.

@  Maximus Ambus : (25 May 2020 - 12:52 PM)

I'm waiting for Animated season 4. Am I insane?

@  wonko the sane? : (25 May 2020 - 11:22 AM)

I'm waiting for the next season to show up on netflix.

@  Sabrblade : (25 May 2020 - 10:59 AM)

Many of us have already watched the rest of the Cyberverse episodes since the whole third season aired in the UK last September.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 10:18 AM)

*9th

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 10:17 AM)

I just saw the 8th episode... omg

@  Bass X0 : (25 May 2020 - 01:28 AM)

Already seen it online.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 09:42 PM)

Who's excited for tomorrow? The only thing that makes Monday worth it is the Cyberverse episodes .-.

@  wonko the sane? : (24 May 2020 - 12:30 PM)

Welcome. I just came into that trick myself recently, so happy to share.

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 12:05 PM)

Thanks, wonko the sane? for the tip with the cloning. That helped a lot!

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 12:02 PM)

Heheh.... yes... I don't think a sniper would be very good at making a vaccine... 0.0

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 11:48 AM)

All right! Cloning my old HHD to an SSD and then swapping out the drive was successful, it would appear. Finally.

@  Bass X0 : (24 May 2020 - 11:30 AM)

Scientist Perceptor is. Sniper Perceptor less so.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 10:51 AM)

Perceptor would be more responsible.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 10:48 AM)

Oof x~x

@  TheMightyMol... : (24 May 2020 - 10:45 AM)

He'd cure the virus, but he'd probably commit at least two crimes against nature and weaponize a third in the process.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 09:39 AM)

'Horrible consequences' would most likely happen with Brainstorm...

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 08:16 AM)

Totally. And Percy's not even human. XD

@  TheMightyMol... : (24 May 2020 - 06:50 AM)

Can't do much worse than our current government, I say go for it.

@  Sabrblade : (23 May 2020 - 10:13 PM)

Little do we realize that the Perceptor in question is the Mini-Con combiner. :p

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 10:11 PM)

He would!!!

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 10:11 PM)

Horrible consequences? I... Doubt that would happen.

@  wonko the sane? : (23 May 2020 - 09:55 PM)

Even if he would come up with the answer by tomorrow.

@  wonko the sane? : (23 May 2020 - 09:54 PM)

I'd rather not deal with the horrible but unintended consequences of that.

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 09:52 PM)

Lets let Perceptor make a vaccine for COVID-19. Who agrees with me :)

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 08:43 PM)

I'll take your word for it. =D

@  TM2-Megatron : (23 May 2020 - 08:42 PM)

Although the TV edits of Robocop do contain some hilarity

@  TM2-Megatron : (23 May 2020 - 08:41 PM)

I can't think of any instance where sanitizing a film is a good thing.

So apparently the LoTR Legos have started hitting stores. I was unaware.

I'm honestly torn.

On the one hand AWESOME.

On the other hand, my Birthday is Friday and I can totally see burning through all my present money just on LoTR.

Alright, so it seems most stores over bought on series 1 marverl mega bloks. As a consequence: series 2 and 3 have all vanished into the aether while series 1 languishes.

In short: I can't find anything beyond series 1 anymore. And its kinda pissing me off since I was ready and willing today to drop enough to get all the little figs I was missing.

Armed with number codes, I went to finish out my Series 3 Halo collection. Nabbed the Cyan Spartan, the Arctic Pilot, and 2 x sets of those Grunts (sad that they're actually not build-able). Then when faced with the option of getting the final missing figure (Brute) and stumbling across another AC Elite, I went with another Elite. That one is just too damn neat to pass up on.

Oh, and as an aside, I threw these pics up in the Kreo thread going on in TF Discussion. I thought I'd share them here so that folks here could know that Kreo Prowl's bot mode does not have to suck.

All these alterations were done solely with the pieces that came with Prowl.

I took it from this to this:

Wayne Brucington was your average workaday cubicle dweller, happily chugging along while working on his pet project for the company. Then, in a horrible cost cutting holdup, his favorite project was cut down right in front of him, just another byline on a budget no one could afford. Enraged, he went home and thought about revenge.

okay, bad quotes aside, I thought it'd be fun to make a little Office Bat lego figure out of the nerd minifig and accessories from one of the new batman sets. What does everyone think?

For those that haven't seen them yet, here's the Team GB Olympic Minifigures available to our brothers and sisters on the other side of the pond.

I really like them for some reason. I just hope they won't be too expensive to track down via Bricklink. Any UK Allsparkers willing to hook a fellow brick-bro up? icon-hotrod.gif

The build is fun at times like when you can't see how a mechanism is going to work but as you put it together it suddenly becomes clear. Those moments are great. Other times it's kinda piece-y. Like in the head and some of the guts. They consist on a LOT of tiny bit and at times it almost feels like an excuse to raise the piece count but not quite. I do love the order in which you put it together. Body, Middle leg, Legs and then the head. It makes it really come alive as you build.
The model itself probably could have been a bit rounder but still holds true to SO many details. It's solid as a rock and everything works smoothly as long as the mechanism teeth are attached securely. Otherwise you have to pull the foot out by hand but even then it wasn't bad. I dig the little things they did like have his front nozzle at an angle instead of just facing forward and even his main eye is on a hinge so it's angled up ever so slightly.

Overall I'm quite pleased and my earleir complaints are some very minor nits to pick.

I've only recently gotten into LEGO as an adult hobby and I'm really loving it. So far I've only picked up Star Wars original trilogy vehicles (TIE Fighter, Slave-1, X-Wing and Millenium Falcon) but I'm really hooked on this!
I think I'll pick up the VW Bus next.

I'm gonna take some more R2 picks in a sec for comparison to other large toys. I call him my baby and he's big enough to be one.

My MIB agents don't get the big fancy Crown Vic. They get a ramshackle old rod pieced together from who knows how many cars.

(or maybe it's just the best I could do with all the black Lego pieces I could dig up)

Agent L doesn't mind, but Agent G always gets stuck riding in the back seat.

I'll probably try to refine the design (and lose the rocket fins) when I can get around to buying more parts.

I bet some of the recent Space Police sets would go great with these guys too..

Yes! I finished wave 3 except for silver surfer. I checked all the pack numbers, and aside from two which were totally illegible I'm certain he wasn't in any of the packs at the TRU I hit. Finally found a friggen spot which not only had some, but had a decent selection. I nabbed Stealth spidey, magneto, Mr. Fantastic and dirt guy... uh, sandman.

Now, I just need to find some wave 2 stuff. I could easily army build with the ground assault drone. Actually, I just need wave 2. They came and went before I could even the bag numbers.
