Ha! Talk about getting away with something!

@  Maximus Ambus : (01 June 2020 - 09:08 AM)

Carnivac was still an evil Decepticon at heart, and no one shot him in the back for it.

*stares at the light switch* .... I see what you did there

@  Tm_Silverclaw : (30 May 2020 - 01:40 PM)

I feel a need to lighten up the mood.... ;)

@  -LittleAutob... : (30 May 2020 - 10:38 AM)

:p

@  Maximus Ambus : (30 May 2020 - 02:14 AM)

Shockwave did it.

@  NotVeryKnightly : (30 May 2020 - 12:21 AM)

I'm not in the US and at least some of the episodes seem to work for me. I don't know the actual list of places it's available, though.

@  Shockwave 75 : (29 May 2020 - 10:37 PM)

Unfortunately It seems Cyberverse is only available in the US on YouTube.

@  -LittleAutob... : (29 May 2020 - 09:19 AM)

Yes, and its ongoing.

@  NotVeryKnightly : (29 May 2020 - 01:05 AM)

Cyberverse is already officially uploaded to YouTube.

@  fourteenwings : (29 May 2020 - 12:36 AM)

Spin Master is abridging current episodes of Bakugan Armored Alliance and posting the result on YouTube. Maybe Hasbro does that someday too.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 10:59 PM)

I see... :/

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 08:14 PM)

Within the US anyway. Those channels aren't easy or cheap to access in other countries, and their website often region lock content. Tubi is the only good thing on that list: largely identical (but not perfectly so. Damnit. I wanna watch COPS.) country to country and free.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:24 PM)

So yeah, Hasbro is using plenty of venues to spread exposure of their brands

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:23 PM)

Starz currently licenses Transformers G1 and the GI Joe movie (as well as MLP specials). Netflix has more current series available.

@  Nevermore : (28 May 2020 - 07:21 PM)

Study shows: Holders of the title "world's oldest person" have a severely increased risk of dying.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:18 PM)

Tubi TV and Youtube both host various Hasbro cartoons. Both are freely accessed and ad supported. Any basic TV package (barring straight antenna) includes channels like USA Network, SyFy and FX, all of which regularly air the films from Transformers and GI Joe.

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 06:18 PM)

I dunno what to tell you, media might be changing slowly, but at least it's still accessible. Even the folks that DON'T get one of the streaming services can watch it on the company website. It's a vehicle for the toy line after all, they need to make an effort to make it as consumable as possible.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 05:41 PM)

Well. Thats said, then.... I guess... :doh

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 04:13 PM)

As long as the the cartoons are profitable, then they'll make more. The media it's shown on is completely irrelevant. I say that as a guy whose earliest surviving memory is a big red truck turning into a big red robot.

@  ZakuConvoy : (28 May 2020 - 03:06 PM)

Might be the end of an era. With the rise of streaming, who knows if Transformers will ever be on broadcast TV again.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 11:46 AM)

3 seasons on a show is usually enough... but yeah ;-;

@  Roddie Luver : (27 May 2020 - 09:37 PM)

I’m also sad Cyberverse has no season four.

@  Paladin : (26 May 2020 - 08:10 PM)

it's too hugging hot today.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I'll agree with you on that.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

*Figured -_-

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I fugured

@  Steevy Maximus : (25 May 2020 - 01:37 PM)

I'm actually sad Cyberverse won't get another season. 2 and 3 (of what I've seen) have REALLY nailed it in being fun little actions shows, like the Sunbow series.

@  Rycochet : (25 May 2020 - 01:00 PM)

Yes.

@  Maximus Ambus : (25 May 2020 - 12:52 PM)

I'm waiting for Animated season 4. Am I insane?

@  wonko the sane? : (25 May 2020 - 11:22 AM)

I'm waiting for the next season to show up on netflix.

@  Sabrblade : (25 May 2020 - 10:59 AM)

Many of us have already watched the rest of the Cyberverse episodes since the whole third season aired in the UK last September.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 10:17 AM)

I just saw the 8th episode... omg

@  Bass X0 : (25 May 2020 - 01:28 AM)

Already seen it online.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 09:42 PM)

Who's excited for tomorrow? The only thing that makes Monday worth it is the Cyberverse episodes .-.

@  wonko the sane? : (24 May 2020 - 12:30 PM)

Welcome. I just came into that trick myself recently, so happy to share.

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 12:05 PM)

Thanks, wonko the sane? for the tip with the cloning. That helped a lot!

Heheh.... yes... I don't think a sniper would be very good at making a vaccine... 0.0

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 11:48 AM)

All right! Cloning my old HHD to an SSD and then swapping out the drive was successful, it would appear. Finally.

Scientist Perceptor is. Sniper Perceptor less so.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 10:51 AM)

Well, buying that baseplate and cutting out the 6 x 32 section that I needed paid off.
Alley complete!

I like how Superman is taking a coffee break as Dino Guy and Gorilla Guy climb the building, and man is being abducted and robot bug is clearly up to no good and some one is getting mugged .

Dino and Gorilla guy are supposed to be reminiscent of Rampage. I still need the Wolfman from the Monster Hunters series.
And don't worry, Wolverine will totally save that guy from being mugged.

Other details that can't be seen only in one shot or at that angle:

*Deadpool sneaking up behind Batman from the entrance on the roof
*Magneto talking to a firefighter, eating a drumstick, and heading to the fridge - fireman cooking at the stove.
*SF2 Ryu chatting it up with a Samurai behind lil' Han Solo
*Sleepy Guy w/ Teddy sleeping in bed
*guy continuing to paint the room despite having a ghost in it
*people shopping in the pet shop
*Dude sitting on the can - that will probably be replaced by the normal sized Hulk figure once that gets released
*Ninjago Skales with lil' snakes slithering through the back yard
*Handcuffed Simple Jack trying to escape from the crawl space
*3 brothers hanging out on the second floor - all came from those 16 x Mini-figure cases, which I just realised no longer come with that simple bonus mini-figure. Also, the bonus mini-figure changed colours half-way through. First red shirted, then blue. Weird.

Gotta work on building that Emporium this week. I promised myself that I'd hold off on Town Hall until the end of May. It's a good thing I'm pretty busy because that thing is burning a hole... in its baggies? I got nuttin'. Glad you enjoyed the pic.

Finally found the new minifigs. Got one bag.

Thanks to luck and bag feeling, I found the Space Marine.

Man. He's neat.

Nearly went for the Aztec, but the spear was a giveaway.

Aztec head on Sp Marine body works really nice IMO. With the helmet on the green face paint looks like a visor.

Scored cylcops, iceman and havok when I purchased some marvel megablock wave 3. Barely ever see wave 2, and they dump three on me. Need an entirely new list again.

Recently decided to embark on a massive project. Sorting all of the Legos in the house. Up until now they'd been stored, and eventually migrated into a very large(about 30 gallon) tote en masse.

My sons and I decided something should be done. Over the course of last weekend we managed to empty the tote and now have all Legos sorted by color.

The next phase will be sorting each color into sets of parts for ease of building. Then we'll go from there.

I final finish with cleaning and organize all my legos. Yea. Which was bit hard since alot of the stuff was disorganize in g2 style power rangeresque robots. Plus I even manage to get up to the lego store which was a bust minus the green plates. Since I was hoping they would have older kingdom castle stuff and general minifigure stuff. which they didn't. So it be online ordering for me form now on. Anyway, I started building my new castle. Using the bulk of black lego pieces I own. I got the basic for my outer castle wall, prison and tower built. In which the outer castle is design to open on the plates to make it easier to get at while still being connected. Tomorrow I'll start building the main castle with the grey peices. Then hopefully get started on detail stuff.

I got my Spaceman and Caveman today. I was not to thrilled with the Spaceman's head so I changed it out. I think the head came from a Power Miner or a Kingdoms set.

I grabbed the alien abduction set (with the farmer and soldier) on clearance. I really like the saucer and its light-up and capture gimmics. The soldier is pretty neat too. His mustachioed head will probably be swapped to a different body eventually, though.

So I finally got all my pieces to my Space Police Central addition...

...and I'll be damned if I totally forgot how I was going to build it. I probably should have drawn a rough diagram or left myself some notes. On top of that, one of my Bricklink sellers sent me the wrong part.

No matter, I tweaked around with it and made it work - though I do have a good number of pieces left over. Not sure what all I had mentally planned out.

Anyway, the addition now features:

4 x more chairs
2 x more tables
1 x sofa
1 x weapons rack (holds 6 x weapons)
5 x helmet racks
5 x air tank racks (moved to entrance area)
5 x more cups
1 x light fixture

I think I need to make the roof more "modular" since it's kind of a pain to get the guys into the back seats now. Plus, I can totally add another floor above it at a later date.

So, last night left me bored. I dug my spare ironman out of the halo box, retrieved symbiote spidey from the treehouse (he was hiding inside anyway.) and placed them with havok, cyclops and iceman from my most recent run. Then I gave them some glasses, a bottle and a red light saber. Spidey is playing bartender while ironman, havok and iceman are boozing it up. Cyclops is standing off to the side contemplating the red lightsaber.

Which brings me to my question: which sets have unique or interesting minifig accessories? I don't mean like weapons and tools, I got enough to outfit an army (granted, a mismatched army, but an army none the less!) but stuff that doesn't get much play in lego otherwise. Food, dishes... I can't conceive of others but there must be... I hate being sick.

Bricklink's catalog of minifig 'utensils' - http://www.bricklink...c...=P&catID=18
If you see something you are interested in, click the item number below the image to bring up the catalog entry for the part. Then you can click on "known colors" by color to get a list of the sets which have the item in it. For more info once you're on that page, click "Summary" and it will break it down by set year.
