@  SHIELD Agent 47 : (24 June 2019 - 06:31 PM)

Hate to say this, but the simple answer is that you are thinking too hard and realistically, it does not matter.

@  TheMightyMol... : (24 June 2019 - 04:57 PM)

Don't tell me what to do.

@  Paladin : (24 June 2019 - 04:16 PM)

don't cross the streams.

@  tffan01 : (24 June 2019 - 03:03 PM)

Or is this what AVP meant when he said that condradictory streams formed the JG1 timeline?

@  tffan01 : (24 June 2019 - 02:25 PM)

I don't like that idea.

@  tffan01 : (24 June 2019 - 02:24 PM)

In Ask Vector Prime, it was mentioned that in the Beast Wars 2 universe, Convoys all have Energon Matrices and that when Optimus Primal from the Japanese Beast Wars stream was transported to the Beast Wars 2 stream, his history was subtly altered that he too possessed an Energon Matrix. What does this mean? That Beast Wars 2 is actually not canon to the Japanese Beast Wars?

@  MEDdMI : (24 June 2019 - 08:54 AM)

yeah, I've got a few others that I need to check out/get removed. The nose one is small but annoying since I hit it every time I blow my nose.

@  unluckiness : (24 June 2019 - 08:46 AM)

Try to get a histopath examination if it isn't too expensive over there. It's probably just a mole but I'd think certainty would be better.

@  MEDdMI : (24 June 2019 - 07:59 AM)

@unluckiness I know, plan to get it removed but gotta get an appt first

@  Gizmoboy : (24 June 2019 - 07:50 AM)

oops... typed that in the wrong field. :)

@  Gizmoboy : (24 June 2019 - 07:50 AM)

gizmoboy

@  unluckiness : (24 June 2019 - 03:18 AM)

That is not a good thing, especially in the long term

@  MEDdMI : (23 June 2019 - 10:17 PM)

So who wants to hear about this mole on my nose that I keep scratching open

@  NotVeryKnightly : (23 June 2019 - 09:24 PM)

Yeah, it's kind of defeating the purpose of making political discussions more restricted if you're just gonna go at it elsewhere on this site.

@  Telly : (23 June 2019 - 07:06 PM)

that would probly fit better in the p & r thread. its there for things just like this

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:29 PM)

The citizens resisted by buying up all the town's beer reserves so the Nazis would have to stay sober the entire time.

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:28 PM)

Meanwhile, congratulations civil resistance, part 2: So a group of Nazis were holding one of their Good Old Times Reenactment festivals in a small East German town.

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:26 PM)

It's basically like an anti-Trump candidate winning Texas.

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:25 PM)

The mayoral elections of Istanbul are considered to be a key indicator for the political climate in the entire country.

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:24 PM)

This time, it was a landslide victory for the opposition's candidate.

@  Nevermore : (23 June 2019 - 03:23 PM)

After president Erdogan had a court revoke the results of the mayoral election of Istanbul after the opposition party's candidate had won by a small margin, the election was repeated today.

@  MEDdMI : (22 June 2019 - 04:45 PM)

@  Nevermore : (22 June 2019 - 12:38 PM)

Supposedly it's about that football player Calvin Johnson.

@  Pennpenn : (22 June 2019 - 07:03 AM)

I'm vaguely confused why there is a Nicki Minaj song in my youtube reccomendations, but even more confused as to why that song (which appears to be from an official account) is called "MEGATRON".

Is it weeby of me to refer to the two IDW TF continuities as Heisei and Reiwa? I mean, the switchover almost perfectly lines up with the change of eras...

I hate when the spicy version of something isn't spicy!

@  Pennpenn : (20 June 2019 - 08:43 AM)

I hate it when the spicy version of something is in almost identical packaging to the non-spicy version. Especially when I don't notice until I've got home.

@  TheMightyMol... : (19 June 2019 - 05:44 PM)

They make a lot of pills for that.

@  Nevermore : (19 June 2019 - 05:42 PM)

I got the results of the test back. I definitely have no sense of humor.

@  Paladin : (18 June 2019 - 05:59 PM)

@  Patch : (18 June 2019 - 04:42 AM)

Are they going to call it "I-Did-Nawtflix?"

@  unluckiness : (18 June 2019 - 12:48 AM)

I see, so what the world needs is a Tommy Wiseau streaming service.

@  TM2-Megatron : (17 June 2019 - 11:02 PM)

Well, Conan did start the trend that resulted in a wave of Barbarian films in the mid to late 80s

@  MEDdMI : (17 June 2019 - 10:57 PM)

I keep wanting to read Corman as Conan

Wow so pretty.  I've been wanting a Classic ML Spider-Man for a while, even though my Ben Reilly Spider-Man is my go-to one.

...and I dunno anything about Spider-Girl, but since she essentially has the same costume, she's getting bought and going on the shelf next to Ben Reilly.

I am very happy with my Daredevil and 2099 Spidey. Awesome articulation, no wonky joints, and the paint is pretty solid. Now I just need to figure out how to display them. Shelf space is...a bit of an issue at the moment.

Unfortunately, my 13 year old only revealed to me upon their arrival that he is a fan of Venom (and by extension, Anti-Venom). It would have been nice to just nab him and save shipping, but it's no big deal. As it turns out, my 15 year old fawned all over the BAF Hobgoblin, so I am now planning on assembling it instead of just selling the extra pieces. I will apparently be picking up the other figures form this wave anyways. :(

I found the Thanos wave today at Target and had to leave them on the shelf due to bad paint apps.  It killed me to not bring Jessica home:

I applaud Hasbro's great new female sculpts, but they really seems to have a problem getting paint into the areas sculpted for belly buttons and breasts.

End of an era for me - I finally completed my 90s Blue/Gold X-Men team in the 4" scale.  Poop.  I just forgot that there's still no white costume Storm.

...and not a minute too soon since apparently cutting the wrist swivel and torso crunch *totally* justifies the new $12.99 price tag at Target.

Bishop can't even point his gun... AND they gave him a closed fist for a left hand.  wtf?

I actually put Dark Beast back on the peg.

Excepting Storm, I'm done with this line.

Oh, and I saw the Thanos wave.  Ouch on that Spider-Woman.  The one I saw had the same belly-button lint paint apps.

Decided to pass on Hellcat for the moment.  I'm all about collecting Avengers, but that one doesn't scream priority.

Man, I'm only now finding the Odin wave commonly. Not a whiff of the Thanos wave, and I'm not thrilled to hear the issues with the one figure I really want from the wave are not isolated incidents. ><

The Hulk is a nice movie version, but my iconic Hulk is still the one that came in the TRU 2-Pack w/ Valkyrie.

I'd consider the Hulk if only because I could then return the helmet and shield to the one on my Avengers shelf and move him to the 'misc.' ML shelf.

I want all the figures except Iron Man and Cap.  I can't believe I am saying this, but I am soooooooooo tired of Iron Man's movie look.  All the suits look the same to me.

Thanks to the upcoming Hulkbuster-wave Valkyrie, I don't need to replace either toy from that TRU 2-pack.

I changed my mind after giving the Cap figure a long, hard look. It's just so bland honestly. I'd rather buy a Play Arts Kai or Figma version in the future.

Meanwhile I find I need a Spider-Gwen and well... I sacrificed bother versions of Spider-Girl to make one Spider-Gwen.

Pics coming shortly.

I sold my Face-off Hulk and never looked back.  He wasn't a bad figure, but he never felt like the perfect Hulk for me.

I think MvC2's version got seared into my head from playing that game so much back in the day.

I went back to Target to see if I could still find Hellcat and Hulk.  Hulk was gone, as well as Batroc, but all the other figures were still there.  Bad paint on Hellcat that I did not notice before, so I left her on the pegs again.  :/  With all the issues I have seen in this case alone, I really think I am going to have to hope to find this wave in the wild.  No online orders.

Is the new Spider-Woman markedly better than the MODOK wave and Select versions? I won't be assembling Thanos, so those are viable options (if the new one doesn't blow them out of the water).
