Probably not until next year. After all, GW is going to need the Space Marine Equal Opportunity Cake when they start rolling out the Xenos codexes (Also I've been seeing from some of my YouTubers rumblings that the Eldar are set to be getting a Necron style line rehaul next year).

They bumped the price on the Codexes because they include codes to unlock them in the app. So basically it's a physical/digital bundle deal. Though comparing the two side by side, the Necron one is a booklet in relation to the Space Marine one.
Honestly I am so glad I didn't get sucked into Space Marines when I finally settled down with the hobby. I know Xenos players in the fandom like to gripe about not getting new stuff (And Eldar players live in the Dead Sea because there's nothing but SALT in that portion of the fandom), but at least I'm not being fleeced every few months like Space Marine players are.
EDIT: To expand on the Eldar thing a bit, I do get the frustration of having models legally old enough to consume alcohol and check themselves into hospitals. I'm not downplaying the fact that an obscene amount of their range in still resin and finecast and that ought to be fixed. But by all accounts, the Eldar still are a force to be reckoned with on the table. They haven't "aged out" of the game and there's plenty of Eldar-like models that offer conversion options and possibilities. But it seems like with every new release revealed there's at least one Eldar player pointing out that it isn't Eldar related.
Their last updated model was $55 for a pack of five monoposes. I'm not sure why they're in such a tearing rush to get model updates when it's clear the Aeldari are going to have to pay the Elf Tax a la the Lumineth.

Current scuttlebutt is the Mega Gargant models are going to retail for $195.
Yeah, no. Makes me really glad I opted for a faction without a big centerpiece model (And $60 for a Freeguild on Griffion still looks better than $130 Teclis with Moon Lion).

My output has stalled due to major funks, but I've made a little bit of progress on things.
I have an old box of Fire Warriors from back when I first tried getting into 40k. Decided to finally paint one up.
Making some more progress on my few remaining Cult models. I know Metamorphs and Shotguns aren't great picks...I don't care.

So while Games Workshop's pricing schemes being completely random and arbitrary is well documented, I feel like they've well and truly lost the plot.
New Necron Warriors kit is being put up at $45 and is push fit. Comes with two heads and weapons options and three scarab swarms. Not a terrible price all things considered, seeing as how Neophyte Hybrids are $44 for pretty much the same options (Two sets of heads, two principle weapons), though we also get a (useless but cool looking) Cult Icon and a plethora of special weapon bits (Webber, Grenade Launcher, Flamer).
So while the new Necron kit is a bit limited, it's hardly off kilter compared to other standard troop choices.
For $50 - $5 extra - you can pick up a Recruit Edition box for 9th Edition. In this box features the very same Necron Warrior kit with all the same options.
x1 Necron Royal Warden
x1 Primaris Lieutenant
x5 Assault Intercessors
- Rulers and Dice
- A play mat
- Space Marine Transfer Sheet

Despite having finished exactly two Saurus Spears from my Saurus Start Collecting Box, I decided to move on to the Big Boy of the box.
I'm calling the Carnosaur done, but man does the Old Blood have a ton of small details to pick out in painting.

So those latest Preorders that went live today.
Finally, a Cities of Sigmar box set that isn't ridiculously undervalued in terms of what's in it. That being said, Har Kuron being a very Dark Elf name (and me, having been spoiled by what that means), suggests that CoS is getting Daughters of Khaine as allies the same way they can take Sylvaneth and Kharadon Overlords presently. Which, if it's like every other ability means for every four CoS units you'll be able to take one DoK unit. That's going to get expensive.
While the junkiest unit in the Battletome, Black Ark Corsairs are also the cheapest unit. Black Ark Fleetmaster is the cheapest Hero. Running a Fleetmaster and three units of Corsairs is only 300 points.
Oh this is going to get expensive...
Oh and also, the Broken Realms story...
