There was so much awesome put into design and conception of the super mario bros. movie, and it didn't even need the branding: but it wouldn't have made it to the screen without the branding.

Can someone confirm a few nuzlocke rules for me?

so like I started a ruby one and of course the first pokemon I get is a ziggazoon.(or whatever) since they are the BidoofRattata of ruby. anyway in the next route another one appears as the first pokemon I encounter..now Do i have to catch it? or since I already have one I get a 2nd chance? or if i already have one stiff cookies you gotta kill it and wait until the next route to get another chance at a new poke?

One of the optional rules (which I'm following) prevents duplicate captures, so I guess you'd capture the next Pokemon that isn't a duplicate?

Well, my 8-yr-old is ecstatic right now. Daddy fixed the router to work with the DS and finally downloaded her the European Raikou (we missed the US release). She got Palkia last night, and she is going to finish Pearl this week. In addition to that, we have a TCG tournament this weekend at the local comic shop. Going to be a fun week. icon-ironhide.gif

"The shiny Raikou that was available for download at Gamestop can now be downloaded through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection on all American, European, and Australian fourth generation games. Basically, you turn the game on, select receive gift and connect to Nintendo WFC. As long as you don't have more than 2 Wondercards, you are good to go.

Not to say Nintendo couldn't have restricted Wondercard downloads by region if they'd specifically instructed Game Freak to do so; the games simply weren't programmed to work that way, though. All English versions of Pokemon share the same Mystery Gift server address. Similarly, French-language copies of HeartGold & SoulSilver sold in Quebec here in Canada will be able to download the European Beasts intended for France (and other European countries that get the games released in French, like Belgium).

That said, if you have downloaded the Gamestop equivalent, you won't be able to download that same beast off Wi-Fi. Personally, I got all mine from Gamestop; those will be much rarer. We're only a day into the Wi-Fi Raikou, and already many people are restarting their games over and over to get 5 or more. Everyone and their grandma will have the Wi-Fi Beasts with its OT: WTR2011, or whatever it is.
