In the same boat as Powered Convoy...on the 18th, I got an email saying that they would have trouble processing my order because I didn't update the card info in time (I updated it on the 16th or 17th). I immediately called and they cancelled my previous card associated with the order and (I gather) placed a new order after updating my credit card and address info. The phone rep was very helpful. I got the email the other day confirming that the 2012 order had been cancelled. So I've shot them an email and I'm hoping that they'll explain whether I should be expecting to get some kind of confirmation of the fixed order I made over the phone.
What is WEIRD is that I already have a 2014 subscription made using the newer card. I guess there is some disconnect between the card associated with the Castle order and the one I used later to buy my subscription. I probably thought that when I updated my account info with the newer card when I bought the subscription, that would also help me with the existing order.
