So, the G1 Micromater Race Track Patrol. Here they are all in the same photo, courtesy of Transformerland:

Wait, what? How much of a color difference is there really between Barricade and Ground Hog?
Barricade is teal, Ground Hog is blue.
Barricade is blue, Ground Hog is purple.
What the hell?
TFW2005 is somewhere in the middle:
Barricade is a slightly teal-ish blue, Ground Hog is a slightly purple-ish blue.
Somehow these weird differences in displaying the toys' colors led to these renditions in Dreamwave's "More Than Meets the Eye" profile book series:
And this resulted in Earthrise Ground Hog and "Decepticon Runner" from the "Galactic Odyssey Collection" Micromaster 6-pack ending up with colors that don't reflect the color difference between the G1 versions of these two in an even remotely accurate fashion (source):
Does anyone have any other examples of how lighting conditions and camera settings have messed up the way of how the colors of a toy have been presented in a photo? Or even an example of how this has led to the character in question having been rendered in vastly incorrect colors in fiction or a later toy representation?
