Just checked, Im at 28.49 biking miles for the year (on a goal of 1000). MTB = 11.39; Road bike = 17.1
Edit: Actually per my scale Im down .6 pounds of fat, up 2.6 pounds of muscle. So Im up, but its a good gain.
