Yes, and its ongoing.

@  NotVeryKnightly : (29 May 2020 - 01:05 AM)

Cyberverse is already officially uploaded to YouTube.

@  fourteenwings : (29 May 2020 - 12:36 AM)

Spin Master is abridging current episodes of Bakugan Armored Alliance and posting the result on YouTube. Maybe Hasbro does that someday too.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 10:59 PM)

I see... :/

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 08:14 PM)

Within the US anyway. Those channels aren't easy or cheap to access in other countries, and their website often region lock content. Tubi is the only good thing on that list: largely identical (but not perfectly so. Damnit. I wanna watch COPS.) country to country and free.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:24 PM)

So yeah, Hasbro is using plenty of venues to spread exposure of their brands

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:23 PM)

Starz currently licenses Transformers G1 and the GI Joe movie (as well as MLP specials). Netflix has more current series available.

@  Nevermore : (28 May 2020 - 07:21 PM)

Study shows: Holders of the title "world's oldest person" have a severely increased risk of dying.

@  Steevy Maximus : (28 May 2020 - 07:18 PM)

Tubi TV and Youtube both host various Hasbro cartoons. Both are freely accessed and ad supported. Any basic TV package (barring straight antenna) includes channels like USA Network, SyFy and FX, all of which regularly air the films from Transformers and GI Joe.

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 06:18 PM)

I dunno what to tell you, media might be changing slowly, but at least it's still accessible. Even the folks that DON'T get one of the streaming services can watch it on the company website. It's a vehicle for the toy line after all, they need to make an effort to make it as consumable as possible.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 05:41 PM)

Well. Thats said, then.... I guess... :doh

@  wonko the sane? : (28 May 2020 - 04:13 PM)

As long as the the cartoons are profitable, then they'll make more. The media it's shown on is completely irrelevant. I say that as a guy whose earliest surviving memory is a big red truck turning into a big red robot.

@  ZakuConvoy : (28 May 2020 - 03:06 PM)

Might be the end of an era. With the rise of streaming, who knows if Transformers will ever be on broadcast TV again.

@  -LittleAutob... : (28 May 2020 - 11:46 AM)

3 seasons on a show is usually enough... but yeah ;-;

@  Roddie Luver : (27 May 2020 - 09:37 PM)

I’m also sad Cyberverse has no season four.

@  Paladin : (26 May 2020 - 08:10 PM)

it's too hugging hot today.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I'll agree with you on that.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

*Figured -_-

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 03:39 PM)

I fugured

@  Steevy Maximus : (25 May 2020 - 01:37 PM)

I'm actually sad Cyberverse won't get another season. 2 and 3 (of what I've seen) have REALLY nailed it in being fun little actions shows, like the Sunbow series.

@  Rycochet : (25 May 2020 - 01:00 PM)

@  Maximus Ambus : (25 May 2020 - 12:52 PM)

I'm waiting for Animated season 4. Am I insane?

@  wonko the sane? : (25 May 2020 - 11:22 AM)

I'm waiting for the next season to show up on netflix.

@  Sabrblade : (25 May 2020 - 10:59 AM)

Many of us have already watched the rest of the Cyberverse episodes since the whole third season aired in the UK last September.

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 10:18 AM)

@  -LittleAutob... : (25 May 2020 - 10:17 AM)

I just saw the 8th episode... omg

@  Bass X0 : (25 May 2020 - 01:28 AM)

Already seen it online.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 09:42 PM)

Who's excited for tomorrow? The only thing that makes Monday worth it is the Cyberverse episodes .-.

@  wonko the sane? : (24 May 2020 - 12:30 PM)

Welcome. I just came into that trick myself recently, so happy to share.

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 12:05 PM)

Thanks, wonko the sane? for the tip with the cloning. That helped a lot!

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 12:02 PM)

Heheh.... yes... I don't think a sniper would be very good at making a vaccine... 0.0

@  Nevermore : (24 May 2020 - 11:48 AM)

All right! Cloning my old HHD to an SSD and then swapping out the drive was successful, it would appear. Finally.

@  Bass X0 : (24 May 2020 - 11:30 AM)

Scientist Perceptor is. Sniper Perceptor less so.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 10:51 AM)

Perceptor would be more responsible.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 10:48 AM)

Oof x~x

@  TheMightyMol... : (24 May 2020 - 10:45 AM)

He'd cure the virus, but he'd probably commit at least two crimes against nature and weaponize a third in the process.

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 09:39 AM)

'Horrible consequences' would most likely happen with Brainstorm...

@  -LittleAutob... : (24 May 2020 - 08:16 AM)

Totally. And Percy's not even human. XD

@  TheMightyMol... : (24 May 2020 - 06:50 AM)

Can't do much worse than our current government, I say go for it.

@  Sabrblade : (23 May 2020 - 10:13 PM)

Little do we realize that the Perceptor in question is the Mini-Con combiner. :p

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 10:11 PM)

He would!!!

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 10:11 PM)

Horrible consequences? I... Doubt that would happen.

@  wonko the sane? : (23 May 2020 - 09:55 PM)

Even if he would come up with the answer by tomorrow.

@  wonko the sane? : (23 May 2020 - 09:54 PM)

I'd rather not deal with the horrible but unintended consequences of that.

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 09:52 PM)

Lets let Perceptor make a vaccine for COVID-19. Who agrees with me :)

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 08:43 PM)

I'll take your word for it. =D

@  TM2-Megatron : (23 May 2020 - 08:42 PM)

Although the TV edits of Robocop do contain some hilarity

@  TM2-Megatron : (23 May 2020 - 08:41 PM)

I can't think of any instance where sanitizing a film is a good thing.

@  -LittleAutob... : (23 May 2020 - 06:42 PM)

.... and thats a good thing? :doh

@  Steevy Maximus : (23 May 2020 - 06:39 PM)

I'm watching Predator on Starz! That means it has all the language and gore uncensored!

So, a lot of us are stuck inside. Nothing anyone can really do about it...BUT! I'm sure we've all got projects to start or finish, Books to read, Or even funny (ok  maybe not haha funny, but whatever) stories of trying to find Toilet Paper out there.

Me? this doesnt REALLY affect my usual daily life, but i am useing it as a time to finally put together all those Mugenbine Candy Toy sets ive had sitting around for...some months, others years...its a decent distraction right now.

To be honest, being where i am in "upstate" ny (i can see nj from my damn backyard but whatever), the jewish communities here are suppousedly pretty hard hit, and i gotta go right into the heart of one to see my pain managment doctor, so yeah I got a little fear, but such is life.

So? what're you doing to pass the time?

I'm been stupidly playing the Knighthood app but am slowly catching up on my backlog of shows to watch (binged Supernatural and Castlevania so far).

Also cleaning up my room, little by little. Transformers related would be cutting out the bubbles out of the carded figures. Next is flattening the boxes.

I'm also cultivating mass, urgh.

This weekend we re-painted the upstairs hallway and stairs. Soaked up much of Saturday and Sunday.

My family and I have been playing a lot of board games. Clue has become a new favorite. Nightly walks as a family are also a must. Three teenagers, they need to get out of the house.

Individually, I've started re-watching Deep Space Nine. The second season was much more solid than I remember, much more complex and political.

Watching The Kingdom on Netflix, and damn. This is one hell of a show. Just started season 2 after that fantastic season 1 cliffhanger.

I still have to work since my place is a provider of medical supplies.

Just because you can't win doesn't mean you stop working.

I've spent my time going to work and basically getting shoveled into whatever task they can find for me.

I work the deli at my job, but the deli is officially shut down. No hot case, no new production of salads, sandwiches, etc.

While I'm still processing any truck we get for product, among a couple of minor things. I don't really have much to do. While we do slice meat. It's to pre-package and get ready for guests. I'm not allowed to cut on request anymore.

This lead to my Sunday morning being positioned by the doors, saying hi to guests and wiping down a cart handle if they wanted a cart. For a few hours.

I quickly expressed my desire to be set anywhere else where I'm not stuck standing in one place for that long.

I hate this. I don't have a car, so I bike to work. (as in bicycle, not motorbike) and since we moved to a house in 2018, I now work a good hour bike ride from my place of employment. I'm spending an hour going to do a job that I frankly don't feel I'm needed for. I mean I did the wipe cart handle and greetings with a smile, but inside I hated every moment I was stuck doing something so tedious and boring.

Hell yesterday I had a slight cough, and looked outside to find it was raining very heavily. Normally I could have mustered that no problem, but between having a dull job to do now, knowing I'd have to bike through heavy rain for an hour just to do it, and the very real possibility that could make me very sick, I ended up calling out.

I have no savings to speak of, so it's not like I can quit and try to find another job. With the way things are the only other jobs I could find would likely not be ideal, yet at the same time I can NOT deal with my job being wiping down cart handles for a month or two, or however long we might be stuck in this situation.

I have four roommates and two of us work at grocery stores, so no staying home for us. I'm terrified of catching the virus or any other sickness and condemning the entire household to being sick.

All that said, to end on a lighter note, since I took yesterday off, one of my roommates and I sat down to play some original Resident Evil 3 (and stream it) since I barely remember how that game went.

I also checked out a PS2 game Extermination, but had this weird glitch where it would repeat the audio of a cutscene at random. So there I am outside the first area, trying to get into the building when randomly you'd suddenly hear on loud repeat: "This is Roger! This is Roger! This is Roger!" Which mercifully you can shut off by going into and out of the menu.

I'm gonna have to clean that disc.

It's a secret to everybody

yeah...my dad works in Materials Management at the local hospital here...hes been getting driven crazy by everyone in the hospital yelling at him to find stuff like masks and gowns...I bet youre have a fun ass time right now.

Also, apparently our hospital has 4 patients in the ICU, with a further 50 or so people positive in town (and considering how many people in Warwick work in nyc, id figure that numbers a fair amount higher)...only person I know whos positive IS an nyc resident, we used to bowl together in high school...its so weird.

Apparently stores like Reno Depot are still open (which is kinda understandable. You can't put off a plumbing or electrical problem for three or more weeks.) so we're going to get some drywall, plaster, and paint and re-do the spare bedroom. It used to have the chimney for the furnace running through it, but we've replaced the furnace for electric, and torn down the chimney. Sadly, there was a good bit of water damage done to the plaster before we had it torn down.

So yeah, a couple of days of plastering, painting, and then we can move the furniture back in.

Per Nick Nemesis's Suggestion: I hate everything.

My editing job is. . . undecided. I mean, I work for a company in the mental health field, so I think that counts as essential, but I don't think they're doing any assessments right now (they specialize in PTSD from motor vehicle accidents, so not really an urgent priority). I still get the occasional report to edit (stuff left over from weeks ago that the psychs finally have time to type up), but my workflow is way down.

Fortunately, I'm also a writer, so I work from home regardless. Currently working on a collection of alien fairy tales, adapting one of my old scripts into a short story, and a novella that started out as a Star Trek script before I switched it to my own SF universe.

Working at a support call center for pharmacies, so definitely essential. Got emergency ordered to work from home with some other employees just last week. Just in time too, today one person who was in the call center tested positive for it.

Work from home is a mixed bag. On the one hand, no commute, I get to bug TMM on my breaks, and sometimes the pets hang out with me. On the other hand, my setup still needs a lot of work, the pets can get distracting, and some systems aren't working just yet.

I work IT and we have a couple health industry customers, so technically essential, and we work from home anyways. So other than a change in where I work from, it's basically been the same stuff I always did every day, apart from no weekend gym visits.  I am burning out on Star Trek Online though, so I'm starting to ease back into Elder Scrolls Online.  If that fails to keep me interested, I still have Super Robot Wars X sitting in my Switch waiting to be played.

The cliff lift and ice cream kiosk were out of action, sadly.
