Japan didn't get most of the IDW comics and are the target market for MP. They basically know windblade from a few crappy pack-in comics and a show that wasn't particularly popular there. Unless they start cranking out Cyberverse MPs, it's not very likely.

My problem is the food where I am SUCKS.  I don't even vegetables anymore, I drink V8's.  But I do make a salad at my breakfast (my breakfast is at dinner time, night shift and all) and lunch meals. But with all of the exercise Ive been doing lately I ALWAYS feel hungry.  

 

Right now I got some crappy sleep.  Ill still get my 3.5 in today and be about .80 over where I should be right now on my miles. Ill probably do sit ups. But thats about it for today.  I gotta get some sleep because I gotta get up early for a class.

Core: 1691 + 50 = 1741 (Im gonna do 4 extra sit ups tomorrow.  That 1 bugs the shit out of me.)

 

82.04 - 3.77 = 78.27 miles left of 100 mile challenge (there you go Fero)

 

Just a simple 30 min spin on the elliptical tonight and some decline sit ups.  Wasn't feeling like going to crazy.  Banana Milk and Strawberry Protein....I dare you to name a better snack.  

 

With the extra mileage Ive put in I am 1.03 mile over what the daily avg should be to meet 100 miles by the 29th.  MIGHT take a trip to a spot later this month.  If I do its a 10 mile hike, so that will REALLY put me over.

Played games for too long and was rushing to do gym when I figured it was back day. I can just do pull ups, chin ups, neutral grips at the pull up bar by my door (alternate with squats and reverse lunge).

Sprock me. What the hex happened? They're still improper pull ups but I can barely do three ok ones. And I did that Day 1-30 = 1-30 pull ups month challenge last year too. Gotta build up my back again.

Ahhh, gonna be a shoveling kind of day.

 

Edit: I left the house at 9.30, about. Just got back in. I needed a break, and I am about half done. Of course, every minute I'm not working is a minute for my progress to roll back, it's still snowing, and it's blowing like crazy. I suspect I'll be at about 1/3rd when I head back out.

I know weighing everyday is not a good indicator but I still feels nice when, oooh, this is my weight this morning while I was burning fuel while sleeping.

Then I drank a glass and a half of water and weighed again and it went up a pound. Grrr.

You should weigh yourself once a week as soon as you wake up, that is your true weight.

 

Its also a good idea to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.  That way you burn the fat.  When you do cardio at the end of your day, after you have ate and drank, all you are really burning off is the days calories. 

 

To boost metabolism, drink an ice cold glass of water first thing in the morning, right after you go pee.  The cold water forces the body to engage and warm the water to the bodies natural temp before it can utilize it.

So, another hour spent shoveling. Gonna be at least one more today, and then finish cleaning up tomorrow, but at least the dog can go out, and we can mostly get the van out of the driveway.

Okay, so I did another hour last night as the sun was setting. It left me one more trip today to finish cleaning up: and a wicked sore back. I am looking forward to a nice, hot, shower to work out the kinks.

I was set to work out at the gym. But I checked my back and forgot my gym pants! So I didn't get to work out today.

And also ate a rice dinner and snacking on cookies. I've been good all week so this is a break day then. I lost 5lbs so far.

I went mountain biking yesterday in the snow. I ran into 2 guys in their 50s who invited me to ride along them. These guys left me in the dust, I could barely walk the rest day. I thought I was in good shape, but apparently not.

One last hour, cleaned up our property, and dug out the car for a local old lady. The temperature plummeted overnight to -25C with the wind. Thankfully, we already had "dry" snow, so instead of forming a hard ice crust, it just became finer grain when it got colder. It was shoveling sand instead of heaving concrete.

78.27 - 3.67 - 3.5 = 71.1 Over 1/4 of the way done and 1.3 miles pass what the daily goal is!

 

Missed a workout after work the other day, I was exhausted.  So when I woke up that evening I went before work, then about 12 hours later I went back for that days workout.  Now Ive taken about a 36 hour break and will get a workout in tonight.  Still pretty tired, just changed schedules and the body is adjusting, but Ill make myself go tonight.

I was going to take a run today, but 4cm of snow this morning turned into 15+ overnight, so I'm shoveling instead.

I went on a family walk yesterday afternoon, as well as being on the exercise mini-bike for a good 30 minutes+ yesterday morning. Trying to make up for some bad eating on Friday.
