My problem is the food where I am SUCKS. I don't even vegetables anymore, I drink V8's. But I do make a salad at my breakfast (my breakfast is at dinner time, night shift and all) and lunch meals. But with all of the exercise Ive been doing lately I ALWAYS feel hungry.
Right now I got some crappy sleep. Ill still get my 3.5 in today and be about .80 over where I should be right now on my miles. Ill probably do sit ups. But thats about it for today. I gotta get some sleep because I gotta get up early for a class.
