So, uh... hi guys.
Alright: it was not a good year. Pandemic, depression, chemotherapy, psychotic breaks. I patently DID NOT make the effort I needed to to maintain my health.
Last week, I got the elliptical working properly again. The clunking noise was the swing arm getting loose and not the flywheel or balancing. So far this week I've run three 2 mile sessions. I just got off my last run, and I managed to do the entire two miles without stopping for a break. It almost seems like that as easy as it was to fall back into bad habits, it's just as easy to fall back into good habits.
To be true: I currently have no real weight goals. I don't give a hug about the numbers, I'm running to help maintain physical and mental health... okay, and to be more comfortable in that one pair of jeans.
