treadmill intervals last night. jogged at 6 for 1 min, ran at 8 for a min for the first 20 min then walked until I got to 30 min.
Went to lift weights, saw lots of people on the machines I wanted to use so I practiced some good social distancing and went to the DFAC instead. weighing in later today for this weeks biggest loser. Next Saturday is the final day. I think Im down about 11 pounds overall, but I doubt that is going to be enough to win the $50 gift card, but we will see. If anything its helped to pass the time.
Ill also hit 250 miles since Ive been here. The majority of that coming from 1 Feb (71 miles) till now (248.something). So I might try to push and hit the 500 mile club since its looking like my stay here is going to be a bit longer.
