Welcome all, to the 2020 edition of the fitness thread. If you're new here, it's quite simple. Exercises are generally broken up by region of the body, upper body, lower, core, ect. And we count cardio under distance covered. Keep track of your reps and miles, and share them here if you want. Otherwise, ask question, share answers and help support the other folks on the allspark whom are looking to get into better shape, lose weight, change their eating habits, or just be healthier.
Normally, we have community goals for totals on the stuff we track, but I think we absolutely murdered some, and completely missed on others last year SO we're going to eschew markers and just count up totals instead.
Miles: 0 + 3.1 = 3.1
And since I took a nice long walk on new years day, I'm more than happy to start the whole thing off.
