Not sure I care too much about the premise, but Milne art makes it a likely must-buy.

This sounds like another bad crossover idea, about the only thing I can really picture worth wild seeing is a giant robot hand flattening the T-800 during a brawl between two giant robots, much as I like Terminator, I think this is just a mistake and its not like the Terminator brand has been doing well lately.

This would be pretty cool if they really expanded and explored the whole Pretender concept along with the late 80's characters and Leaders.
I fear it's likely going to be Optimus Prime punching a T-800 in the face.
I'd love to be wrong though.

That guy's covers are always only vaguely representative of the actual books contents.
Also like, Terminator is absolutely a great idea for an idea for a crossover? The idea of man vs machine and the parallels of that to the Cybertronian war, and what not.

That Megatron artwork has given him the most creepily organic face he's ever had since the days of Marvel G1.
No, we don't all know everything but we should spread and share that what we do know.
If I'm consistently misspelling a word, I would want and expect people to correct me as should I imagine all decent people who know the value of good literacy.
Its just arrogant laziness to know you're spelling a word incorrectly and not correct yourself or ignore the advice when people do tell you how to spell a word correctly.

Hopefully they go somewhere interesting with this and don't just go 'What if Terminator 2 had Bumblebee instead of Arnie?'
The T-1000 would be blown to bits or the T-1000 takes over BB body and uses it to kill John Conner in a single shot creating a Paradox storm that wipes out everything in existance.

guys, i got it. Hot Rod was actually a Terminator sent back in time to make sure Optimus dies in the 86 movie.
Gods I hope i'm wrong and that isnt the plot they go with. but it sounds just like the kind of 84-stroking the current management would go for.

It's Skynet vs. Cybertron in a crossover for the ages! 1984: When a deadly race of machines emerge from another time, will a robotic guardian be able to protect the Earth from a dire future... or will the T-800 fail in his mission to prevent the world from becoming a plaything to the Decepticons?"

Optimus puts his hand on his chest, the Matrix glows faintly within.
"I...understand. I carry within myself the future of my species as well. Perhaps one day I too will be what you consider a 'mother'."

None of that description implies these aren't happening.
Happy to see it's not a super obvious choice, like
"Skynet is built from Cybertronian technology"
"Skynet teams up with the Decepticons."
The Megatron covers implies the Decepticons control Skynet, however.
