Sleep is very important for good health. So, what time do you go to bed, and what time do you wake up?

I go to bed 10ish usually if I'm feeling well. I try to get up at 5am because that way I have time to move slowly and to get myself a peaceful breakfast before my kids get up at 6:30ish.
-ZacWilliam this week I've been going to bed at like 4 or 5 which tells you how sick I've been.

Bed around 12am, waking up around 7-8am. I'm pretty good at slowly shifting my schedule around if needed-if it wasn't for working the 2nd shift, I'd probably sleep/wake up a little earlier. Shifting time zones is fine as long as I'm awake during the day time. Worked an overnight job once, that really messed up my sleep and it was hard to find a good routine. Sometimes I'll stay up late for fun, but I can't manage more than a few hours or do it too often or I feel sick. Could not pull off all-nighters at college for the life of me.
