Y'know, I was positive that I would be spending Thanksgiving watching the Joe Bob Briggs marathon on Shudder.
But an MST3K Turkey Day? That takes me WAY back, I can't pass up a ride on that nostalgia train.

Anyone else here reading the MST3K comic book?
I picked up an issue last week, but still need to work on the rest of what I've been picking up before I can get to it.

I've read 1 and 2, and really enjoyed both. Servo's story in the first issue is the best so far, but both issues capture the feel of watching the show, just in book form.
The story with Crow in the second issue was delightful--particularly the end.
Looks like issue 3 comes out Dec. 12.

I've got family coming up, so issue #1 is as close as I'm going to get to any sort of marathon stream.

My god, I'd heard the rumors... I'd seen the commentaries... but nothing was preparing me for the horror of Mac&Me...
At the same time, it's kind of wonderful to finally see the thing for real.

The admiral was played by the guy who (among many other roles, including a major one in Defiance) played the explosives guy on the Red Green Show.
