I've actually lost count of how many of these we've done, but we all know the drill at this point. The thread is dedicated towards helping each other achieve weight goals, exercise goals, change our lifestyles and eating habits in favour of healthier ones.
Welp, after reviewing the totals from last year, we WANTONLY overshot on the reps, and fell slightly short on miles. So, here's this year community goals:
And remember: the point isn't to meet the arbritary numbers assigned by some shmuck on the first of the year. The point is to change ourselves for the better.
I was actually going to take a 3.5 mile run on the elliptical this morning: but one of my plague bearer kin gave me a wicked cold. Every time I cough I feel like I'm going to rip out my lung valve assembly.
