I think that it has ran its course, and I haven't even seen it in years.

This show honestly means alot to me. Ive never been one of these people that can't laugh at themselves or their own foibles....the show never offended me, and there is honeslty only one episode i outright hate (the Leonard tries to forgive his childhood bully ep...that one legitimatly bothered e on a deep level).
I started to fall out of love with it in season 9, when the show really began to focus on marriages and babies, which for me is taking it too far from what it was and what it should be (similar to my complaints about the DEADPOOL movies Girlfriend stuff)...But from the 2nd episode of season one till the ShAmy wedding at the end of last season, i have truly, honestly enjoyed the ride...probably because i never took it seriously, or as more than something just meant to be funny, or let it offend me ( IT'S NERD BLACKFACE!!!~!~!!!!).
I'm never gonna tell people they have to like it simply because I do, and I do understand a modicum amount of the criticism...but for the past 10 years, me and my parents, and my best friends have had this show in common that we could all relate to and just have fun with, and in the end that's really all that matters, the bonding and the fun. =]

I was never really offended by it either, though I do wish I could punch Sheldon in the face. And that he hadn't gotten a spin-off.
That said, I'm okay with it ending. One less thing to worry about on TV.

im just gonna reiterate this...
i also dont like how the girls are so dismissive of their guys' interests*, but have one of the guys try to say something bad about one of THEIR interests and thats bad
That's called the double standard.

There's tons of stuff on TV that I don't watch and don't care for, but I grew to loathe this show for the simple fact that so many people insisted that, just because I like superheroes and sci-fi and whatever, I have to like this show. And I gave it numerous chances, and just couldn't get over how unfunny and unlikable all the characters were.
Oh, and any Emmy that Jim Parsons won while "Community" was on the air should've gone to Danny Pudi.
