Before the permanent late shift was introduced three years ago (which I volunteered for as soon as the form became available), I always tended to plan my vacation for early shift weeks. Since the majority of the people in most departments prefer to work early shift and thus tended to plan their vacation for late shift weeks, there were usually enough slots available for me to get my request fulfilled.

So a few of the same rules, a few different ones. For regular employees, requests need to be in by January 15th. If they are, those are doled out based on seniority. You're only guaranteed 2 weeks in "prime time" (basically June, July, August). Anything submitted after January 15th is given out first come, first served based on availability

No, they prioritize vacation during school holidays for employees with school-age children. Also, only three of the six weeks during the summer holidays per employee so a larger number of employees can get their requests fulfilled.

I thought I did but I just checked and Target cancelled every single one of my BOGO orders so thats an extra $80 Ill be spending I guess :/

Never even sent me an email either. They just show cancelled on the app.

I grabbed jetmode Shatter a few days ago. Her transformation is oddly satisfying for being almost a shellformer. The way the jet's tail section snaps off and swings down going to robot mode in particular feels really nice.

Plus she can do a fairly good BM jet Vehicon robot mode with a tail for legs (and can even stand up on it).

My Sentinel and Scrapper were scheduled for delivery yesterday but SmartPost so now they have no expected delivery date. They've been twenty minutes away in Grove City since Thursday, though, so here's hoping for tomorrow. At least I got sent mine.

Small issue with Scrapper:

Somebody mistook his nostrils for eyes. You can't really pop the head apart and fix it, but it's so tiny it's easy to ignore.

 

Maybe he's just got dark eyes and rosy cheeks.

Yeah, it looks like the factory screwed up the paint masks, because his promo renders have his eyes painted as his eyes. (Also slightly different areas in gunmetal.)

I got Bumblejeep in the mail today. He's tiny, adorable, holds together well in both modes, and the transformation is pretty fun and easy enough. My only complaint is that I wish he came with a battlemask head instead of the normal one.

Scrapper arrived yesterday. I find it more than a little frustrating that, of the four items that Hasbro Pulse has shipped out to me in the last couple weeks, the latter two were the ones to arrive first.

 

Can't say I'm thrilled about that. Better something than nothing, but still...

Late to the party, finally picked up Brawl. His transformation is some serious insanity. He is way too clean for how he explodes, gets every part twisted, and covers up the chaos with a shell that comes out of nowhere. And his arm articulation shouldn't work, but somehow it does.

 

Also got Ironhide on clearance, and man, is he a mixed bag. He is both better and worse than the old voyager, and holy crap, his torso reaches levels of "thanks, I hate it" that shouldn't be possible. He looks really good in both modes, but getting him from one to the other is a Bad Time.

So I just got Scrapper and think he's easily the best of the Studio Series Constructicons so far. So much fun in both his individual modes!
