Like fourteenwings said, the movie is based on a novel.

@  Bass X0 : (25 February 2018 - 08:49 AM)

Its a new movie that's come out a few days ago. I listened to the Brad Jones Midnight Screening review of it. Seems an interesting premise, but apparently its not a good movie.

@  fourteenwings : (25 February 2018 - 03:14 AM)

I wonder why you would choose a name that's associated with a much more prominent serial killer persona that was also taken up by multiple people in another YA series that was adapted into popular TV show (Pretty Little Liars).

@  fourteenwings : (25 February 2018 - 03:11 AM)

I am pretty sure this is the description of a YA novel that's getting an adaptation soon.

@  MEDdMI : (24 February 2018 - 10:33 PM)

Like me! (oh and "Every Day" is a movie)

@  Plokatron : (24 February 2018 - 10:23 PM)

@Bass X0 Either a Love novel you'd find at a supermarket (And not the good ones) or a Anime not sure which. That or Starscream has managed to take organic bodies over now. Oh wait yeah I don't want to remember that possession. Darn it Japan you give us so many awesome things yet you also give us things that creep serial killers out.

@  Bass X0 : (24 February 2018 - 06:12 PM)

Every Day: "Sixteen-year-old Rhiannon falls in love with A, a mysterious spirit who inhabits a different body every day. Feeling an unmatched connection, Rhiannon and A try to find each other on a daily basis, always unsure of what or who the next day will bring. Soon, the realities of loving someone who is a different person every 24 hours starts to take its toll, leaving Rhiannon and A to face the hardest decision either has ever had to make."

@  Paladin : (24 February 2018 - 05:12 PM)

maybe you should just put a big label on this thing saying "NOT A SEARCH ENGINE."

@Noideaforaname Slag oh well I have a better image host anyway. Thank you DA.

@Otaku I mean not going to start a flame war/argument on politics my friend. :D @Tm_Silverclaw I made a mistake about posting some personal junk the other day in Shout which would of been better suited to a purchase thread. I'm just trying not to make anyone mad is all by following what they asked me not to do. :) I'm sure you understand.

@  Tm_Silverclaw : (23 February 2018 - 08:57 PM)

I don't get the complaint about long shouts...

@  Otaku : (23 February 2018 - 08:47 PM)

(Unless that was the point in which case, my bad! Went right over my head. XP)

@  Otaku : (23 February 2018 - 08:46 PM)

Um, @Plokatron, saying you're not going to get into politics in the Squawkbox right after getting into politics in the Squawkbox is so like politics, I think it counts as politInception. ;)

@  Plokatron : (23 February 2018 - 08:22 PM)

@2018 When I said I'd do it ASAP I meant first thing I got to my computer. I was on my Wii U at the time (still need to figure out why my switch won't connect via ethernet but Wii U is good for youtube before bed) I have made the change to the article if anyone finds it incorrect (and I doubt they will I know my Locomotives :D ) they can deal with it themselves. @Bass X0 What no "Just do it!"? :D and you are indeed right. Dump can kiss my skid plate. Obama was better than we like to think he was but not getting into politics here. That's what Threads are for if I even care. Now I must shut up this shout is too long again but it is relevent and not just my life this time.

@  RichardT1977 : (23 February 2018 - 06:12 PM)

James Cameron doesn't have the resources to go deep enough to find THAT bar...

@  Foffy : (23 February 2018 - 05:38 PM)

it is a bar so low that it's deep underground

@  TheMightyMol... : (23 February 2018 - 03:43 PM)

Not a high bar.

@  Bass X0 : (23 February 2018 - 03:42 PM)

still a better quote than anything Trump has ever said.

@  TheMightyMol... : (23 February 2018 - 03:35 PM)

Thanks, Obama!

@  Bass X0 : (23 February 2018 - 03:26 PM)

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

@  2018 : (23 February 2018 - 08:24 AM)

If anyone has an issue they'll revert your changes and tell you why on the wiki. If you're really bothered there's a thread on this board to ask in.

@  Plokatron : (22 February 2018 - 09:35 PM)

@2018 I'll do so ASAP then if no one minds. :)

@  2018 : (22 February 2018 - 08:38 PM)

Go change it then!

@  Plokatron : (22 February 2018 - 07:22 PM)

Also I just found a Error not listed on the Wiki for "Plus One" episode of Prime. The locomotive in said episode starts with slow puffing sounds like a steam locomotive but it is clearly a Diesel-Electric.

@  Plokatron : (22 February 2018 - 07:14 PM)

I said it wasn't recomended didn't I?

@  TM2-Megatron : (22 February 2018 - 06:54 PM)

There's still the background radiation. If all you had was a sealed helmet and an air tank, how long would you want to hang out being dosed by that?

@  Plokatron : (22 February 2018 - 06:52 PM)

Far more likely for us to boil. Since no air pressure means rapid case of The Bends. If we were aclumated slow enough we could possibly keep going with a Oxygen tank and sealed helmet. But it's not recomended.

@  SHIELD Agent 47 : (22 February 2018 - 10:49 AM)

Or a human would freeze to death if dumped out into the vacuum of outer space.

@Pennpenn Haha, like human blood is blue without oxygen?

@  TheMightyMol... : (22 February 2018 - 10:30 AM)

I am just going to make an ongoing thread to post my mods and customs. I keep adding to my figures, so in a since, everything is a work in progress. Suggestions are more than welcome, and I can elaborate on the mods I did, if any one wants to do the same.

First off is Beast Hunters Skylynx. A simple mod, I just unscrewed his outer wings, cut the wing part from the ball area on the inside half, and screwed it back together. Now he can fold his wings. I added some paint, but still trying to come up with what to paint next, still looks incomplete to me.

Not the most flattering lighting but a nice custom idea.

For Dirge I disassembled his waist and carved out a slot in the brown plastic and shaved the edge, so now he has an extra joint in his waist. Not so squat looking anymore. I then added my paint apps, but now I can't seem to find his missiles.

I'm not familiar with the figure, so I had to compare your mod to the image on the wiki, and the lower hips do help wth his proportions, nice idea. It's hard to see with the black of th ebody, but is there now a gap between the hip and the rest of the torso?

As for the paint apps, I do like the replacement of the yellow, but the lighting does make the new colours hard to appreciate. Is that a light bronze or a gold tone on the shoulders? The silvery thighs also seem very bright, and at least for rme, they keep drawing my attention towards them.

I wonder if you reworked all the red paint apps (head, shoulder pylons), or if you were able to match the colour for the new red apps on Dirge's shoulders and chest.

All the yellow is replaced with gold, There is a little bit of a gap above his hips now, but its adjustable depending on how much you want him to arch his back. I did paint the blue plastic to black in that area, as to blend in better. I was able to match the red. I will try to get a better picture, my camera sucks.

Your red paint matches very well, well done. Hiding the gap in black is sensible.

What I learned with my own pictures, is that camera quality is often not even the issue, it's the lighting that makes or breaks a picture. I built my first light box out of a cardboard box and some semi-translucent paper. Costs close to nothing, but it helps immensely.

++. A little cardstock or some white fabric and some metal clothes hangers can go a long way toward improving your photos!

Of course there's a figure of Rodimus as some kind of animal girl. Why would I be surprised by this?

Case in point, my own digital camera is kinda old but decent lighting and finding the timer delay + a stand/tripod works wonders.

That looks much better. Previously I thought the thighs were a silver colour.

The gap above his hip is less conspicuous than expected. Great stuff!

Here is my Scourge, I stole a picture from Ben Yee's website to show the difference. I basically narrowed the giant shoulders and cut out the new caps, then added paint. Painting the eyes helped the most.

I had to skip between the two images a lot before I noticed the difference in the shoulder, to be honest.

But those knees look much better now! I assume the range of movement is also improved?

Agreed on those eyes. the dude looks much more alive now.

The arms look better in hand than the pictures show, just looks a bit more natural doing different poses. Well here is my Starscream, this is my favorite Starscream so far, just needed a little work, and a little paint. I switched the shoulder pads, that was easy, so the sticker is in the back where it will never be seen. I popped the pin put of his knees, and drilled a new hole for it. I think his proportions are a bit better now.

Is the joint you modified on the leg purely a transformation joint, or does it serve as the knee hinge as well? Because if it's the knee, then someone at Hasbro did not take anatomy 101.

It's just the transformation joint, if you zoom in you can see the hole where it used to be, and where the pin is now, it does make him considerably taller.

Here he is next to my custom BH Starscream. I did have to shave off the tabs on the wings, as they no longer lined up with the notches on the legs.

I'm convinced this guy was released half way through the drafting process. I popped the pins out and rearranged some pieces, made a cut on his back to give him another joint and added paint. Still transforms and is now close in hieght to the first edition Starscream.
