Apparently Frank Angones has confirmed the series' ending, and that they were prepared for it, so here's hoping to a satisfying conclusion (More Gravity Falls, and less Star Vs. TYVM).

Depends where you look. The biggest complaint tends to be that Star basically committed genocide of all the magical creatures.
Doesn't help that this season did things like the ep where Glossaryck takes Meteora back in time purely to intentionally start the feud with Toffee.
I've heard claims deputy writers were increasingly wrestling control as the show went on but that's from dubious sources.

I binged the series somewhat recently, it did feel rather rushed. I had difficulty with Moon's role in the last battle and the hand waiving of "oh, we swore allegiance to a dead queen so you can't control us" just to force Star to stop magic. Not to mention the merging of worlds and all the chaos that would ensue but hey she gets her guy so it's all good, right?

I feel like the ending to Star Vs. was the ending we would have ALWAYS gotten...but I think they thought they might be able to get ONE more season to get there, but couldn't, so had to wrap it up quicker than they had half-planned. (The whole, "destroy all magic" thing comes out of nowhere and feels a little out of character. And I would have liked more clarification on Glossaryck's...whole deal and what exactly the dark magic really was.)
Really, it's only the last episode or so that feels rushed. The rest is okay.
As for Ducktales ending...I'm surprised, but not shocked, I guess. The story basically ended after they rescued Della. There's definitely more they COULD do (points at the giant empty hole where the nephew's father should be...and Webby's parents/Beakley's lies), but the larger story they've been telling is more or less over at this point.
It seems like it's pretty popular, though. Kind of weird to end it at this point. Only about 6 more episodes left to this season, too (probably).

IMO, its finale is good in a vacuum, but the problem is that when you also take into account everything that lead up to it, it felt extremely rushed, and left a lot of questions.
Especially with where it results in Star

On Star VS, yeah, weird that Heckapoo was fine with dying. I hated that we got teased with Toffee in the time travel ep but he didn't get the chance to come back, darn! Still though, Star Vs is AMAZING.
Anyhow, 6 eps is NOT enough to give Huey his due! More Huey! But not the Duke of Making a Mess. Man, I do NOT want FOWL to be taken down by violence. Brains vs brains, c'mon. Though, urgh, Louie should admittedly be able to see an angle to trick Bradford. But I want Huey to get this win.

On the Christmas ep, is Violet's family rich too? You'd think Scrooge would be able to accommodate Lena over Violet. Unless Lena switches households every other week?
Very happy that Boyd is still living with the Doofus family. Still tragic that he'll be treated as a kid but he'll never grow up.
Think Lena is supposed to have been adopted by Violet's dads, per Frank Angones and a scene that got cut for time.
